Perdido Skye #22 ~ Condo For Rent in Perdido Key, FL

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Perdido Key in this condo. Fabulous view, beautiful beach, nice quiet area but close to everything. The condo itself was well equipped, very clean and decorated perfectly "beachy". We would definitely consider returning!

This 1 bedroom unit was perfect for us. It was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishware, just like at home. We didn't need a thing, it was great!!!

Small but perfect for our needs. Beach is terrific. The condo is well organized to make the best use of the space. The location is great, close to park areas where there are few people even on the crowded days. Might have a second night table so both sides of the bed could have a reading light.

This is a great little unit for up to 4. It was very well equipped - we had boiled shrimp and steamed mussels while there. Plenty of wine openers (lo) and a nice blender. Comfy unit, nice and cool. Great view of the beach. Not realy noisy. The service was great. Highly recommend!!

My hubsand & I along with our son & nephew stayed at Perdido Skye 22 at the end of July. The condo in size was good for 4 people even with only 1 bath. This was our 2nd stay @ Perdido Skye, we stayed in a different unit Easter w'end. Ps is in the perfect location because you have the choice of either going into Gulf Shores (15 mins) or the Pensacola Beach area (about 30/40). The beach is great because even in July it didn't feel crowded. The Blue Reef Rentals is located right on the beach & you can purchase either a Parasail or Banana Boat adventure. We highly recommend the Banana Boat ride, we had a blast! The only problem we had was the a/c unit in the living room was not working properly. So Vac Rentals sent a srvc tech out the same day I called and they installed a brand new a/c unit. If I had one bad thing to say, it would be in regards to the condo decor. I thought it could have been decorated better. The decor (to me) was old fashioned/outdated. Perdido Skye will be our place to stay when we travel to the beach. The location is perfect & the price meets our budget. We recommend when visiting Perdido Beach to visit the Lighouse in Pensacola (15/20 min from condo) and if you are a seafood lover to eat at Nicki's Seafood Rest. (22641 Hwy 180 Orange Beach) just a piece down from the Wharf Resort. You can order the all you can eat shrimp for $12.99 or my personal favorite the Blackened shrimp with buttered new potatoes. The shrimp scampi was great too. This is a place my husband went to often as a child & teenager while spending the summer @ his grandparents in Foley. This is not a "tourist" restrauant but a local favorite. They do close down in the winter months. Also, just down from the condo is Lillians Pizza which was very good & they deliver to the condo. There is a Publix grocery about 5 mins past the condo (towards Pensacola) & a Wal-Mart & Target just a little further past the Publix. Overall, we all had a great time & was not ready to end our vacation.

Only one small inconvience was i had to go to the office day after check-in to get parking permit.

Our Family stayed in Perdido Skye unit 22 and was very pleased with this Unit! I did not know that it had an apartment size washer/dryer unit which was absolutely wonderful. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. One thing to note: The Elevator at Perdido Skye is very slow and hot. We stayed on the second floor, so used the staircase and that was fine with us. My brother stayed on the 7th floor and was always waiting for the elevator. Overall we loved our stay and will stay again.

Had a great stay here. We loved the quietness of Perdido Key. This condo was perfect for us, with the balcony overlooking the ocean. The bed was really comfortable and gave us good night's sleep. Must go to Johnson's Beach, a national park. Costs $8 to enter for a week; well worth the cost. Because it is a narrow strip of land, you can go on either the ocean side or the bay side. The day we were there, there was only a few others on that stretch of beach with us, and we saw dolphins close to the shore. Another day we walked along a deserted stretch of beach and dunes. It was beautiful. Probably the only negative was that the pool area could be noisy at times (although just during the day). Most balconies are over the pool. But we would definitely stay here again. It was a great place for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Perdido Skye. It was a very comfortable place and we will try to stay there again. The balcony facing the beach was extremely romantic and exactly what we needed. Just do not go in a very large vehicle, due to parking lot being small.

im not a big fan of this condo its not private enough, but i am huge fan of you guys and your company, great service. our favorite place to stay is the molokai villas.
