Destin Vacation Condo ~ Pelican Beach #203

Unit 203 was very nicely furnished and in a great location (overlooking the sundeck, laundry right outside the unit, near the elevators). Parking was adequate- a two floor garage- although the second floor is not covered which is something to consider in the summer! The pool is nice except it is on the east side of the building and shaded most of the day. It is heated though and was not cold for this time of year. The hot tub was great but always crowded. The only issue we had with the unit was a toilet that continually filled but we called Southern Vacation Rentals and it was repaired within a few hours. This is a very family oriented resort- safe, friendly, great location, and very clean! Unit 203 was perfect for us!

Nice condo on second floor just across from elevators and stairs where you could make a quick dash to beach, also the washer and dryer was just outside our door. Great full gulf view from the balcony. Neat cafe within building with good food. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful unit on the second floor right off the elevator, near ice and coke machines and washing machines. Pleanty of parking when we were therre in mid august. Well stocked with supplies. Balconies overlook beach. It was clean when we arrived, no complaints. Would go back without hesitation.

Don't know why this place would get anything but great reviews. It was clean, well-stocked, and a great location. The views were amazing. Parking was pleantiful.Loved the keyless entry. Loved the bunk beds built into the hall. Extra sheets, towels, pillows and blankets were provided. We had fine WiFI reception for the internet. The television had numerous channels. The only negative was there was not much space around the bathroom sinks, but that was easy to adjust to.

I loved the location of this condo. Next to all shopping, eating, and outdoor activities. The condo was very clean and the view was unbelievable! I loved the fact that I did not have to check in/out at the front desk. The condo had everything a family needed to operate on a daily basis! I am hoping that this will be our vacation destination for years to come!

The unit was very clean and well laid out. The only negative was trying to get across the highway. The area needs crosswalk with push buttons to stop the traffic.

We were very impressed with our condo. It was beautifully decorated and had almost everything you could need. Maybe a few more kitchen utensils, but otherwise it was very clean, spacious and just truly a wonderful vacation. Being on the second floor, right beside elevator was a added bonus. We appreciate the time we spent and memories we made. We would definatley stay again.

Staff at front desk was quite unhelpful once they found out we booked thru Southern Resorts. But other than that, it was great. Close to everything, especially the beach!

Enjoyed the accomodations very much as it was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants shops, etc and well maintained. Was disappointed in such a high late check out charge since it was off-season and the unit wasn't being rented the following day. Overall a very enjoyable trip as Destin is one of our favorite vacation spots.
