We loved this place the minute we walked in. Very spacious and bright. The amenities were great (loved going home with a suitcase full of clean clothes). Had a great balcony and we sat out on it every night. I would recommend this place, especially if you like roomy.

The condo was in a perfect spot. Close to the beach that if you forgot something you could easily go back and get it. The pool was nice and refreshing. We spent our mornings at the beach came back to the condo for lunch and went to the pool in the afternoon. There was plenty of room in the condo and it was nicely decorated. The parking lot to condo required a gate code which created a quite environment.

All in all this was a very nice place to stay, easy walk to beach, spacious, clean. We arrived after dark and initially had a little trouble finding the place, the sign and address not easy to see in the dark. good value for the money. rental agency was very nice to work with, made the process very smooth. Definately would recommend. Destin is very pretty ! We were fortunate that the area was not crowded when we were there, beaches were not crowded, very little traffic, no wait at any of the restaurants we went to.

Excellent amenities and easy check in! Travelled with another adult and teens and there was plenty of room. The only thing i could think of to complain about was there was not one coffee filter for the morning coffee! Had to go to the store but after that i got to sit on balconey and look at ocean while enjoying the first cup of coffee in the morning. Definitely recommend to others!

When we arrived everything was clean. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. You are just walking distance from the beach. I was very satisfied with this condo and will stay there again next year.

This place was like a home away from home. Everything was wonderful. We had a great time here and it wasn't as long a walk to the beach as I initially thought. The views were great. It was breath taking going out onto the patio to view the sunrises and sunsets. Excellent accomodations. The rooms were spacious and we didn't feel like we were walking all over eachother. If your're traveling with a big group, this is definitely the condo to get. We definitely will make the pavilion palms our place to stay while here in Destin. Can't wait to come back next year!!

Our unit was very clean and well furnished. There is an advantage to being across the road from the beach - sand falls off before you get home! The location of Pavillion Palms is very convenient to resturants and shops. It was quiet. The pool was great. Our son accidently dropped his key down the elevator shaft July 4th night. After we got home the manager retrieved it and mailed it to us. We were so delighted and plan to return for another vacation!
