It was nice the service was great you dont have to check in with no body its like its really your home when you get there. The house its beautifull the view to the beach is fantastic, everything is near by great restaurant peg leg petes its like a minute away. I am ready to go back!!!

Location is great, Stayed at this complex in '96, '98, '01. Sound access and gulf access is main reason.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The lay out with a galley kitchen made it hard to prepare many meals without being left out of living/dining activities. The loft above the living area made it tough late at night or early morning for those staying up there. The elevator was very convenient and the beach was really close - right across the street and with boardwalks over the dunes. Disappointed with how much we had to do at the check out (washing sheets & towels, dishes, removing trash, etc). I'd have rather been quoted the 'get up and go' rather than handle so much at the end of vacation.

When I booked this, and especially considering the price, I was concerned about location. I have booked some condos that had spectacular pictures and was disappointed when I got there. This condo was everything just as it was advertised, but even better. The location was just excellent and I loved the beach. Just an excellent week made even better with a wonderful place. It really was way better than what I was expecting! Thanks!

The unit was large enough to accomodate my family, and the grandchildren loved the loft. We had a great view of the gulf, and the unit is close to town and sighseeing. We have always loved coming to Pensacola Beach, and hope to make many more trips. We would definitely consider using the Palm Beach Club again. I was diappointed that we could not check in early without paying a fee that I feel was too expensive.

Palm Beach Club was an awsome place to stay while on spring break. The place was magnificent, had plenty of room and on the beautiful Pensacola Beach. It was everything you would want for a summer vacation and more. Thank you to the owners of Palm Beach Club unit 249 and to Southern Resorts. You both made our stay in Florida unforgetable. It was amazing! We certainly will be back.

I was late coming from Atlanta to Pensacola due to rain. I got lost once I got to Pensacola. The after hours staff was excellent in helping me find my way. She was never annoyed at the many times I called her. The condo was awesome. Plenty of room and a most spectacular view.
