This condo unit is beautifully decorated. I really appreciated the little things like the extra ceramic dishes in the kitchen that was perfect for fruit and the master bath where I could put my jewelry. The unit is clean and comfortable. The carpet could have used a cleaning but was acceptable. I do look for condo units with carpeting as I have had both knees and a hip replacement and the tile floors can get slippery and are very hard to walk and stand on for a long amount of time. I also feel it is more homey to have carpet in the living and bedrooms when you are there for months. The view of the ocean is beautiful. I love the west end of Panama City Beach. I enjoy working with Southern Vacation rentals as it is an easy check in and if the unit is cleaned and ready to go they have left me in an hour early after the long drive from Wisconsin which is really appreciated. I was very disappointed that the unit was rented out from me especially when I came into the office by the time they told me I had to rent the unit for the next year. They did give me another unit but it was only a two bedroom unit when I really need a 3 bedroom. I have talked with them and they have put me on a waiting list and were willing to work me and were very sorry that it happened. If you have any problems with a unit they respond promptly. I would recommend this property and rental agency anytime.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Palazzo in Room #807. We had no problems. The room was beautiful! We loved the decor. Everything was lovely! So happy that I found you guys online.

We choose this property from a web site. We wanted beachfront and needed aplace where we could meet our Son's family that was about half way for each of us. They live in Texas and we live in Florida. The unit was very nice, new, great location for the Grandkids. It was also close to many attractions even though it was not prime season.
