Very Nice Unit! Would like very much to stay in this unit(#1203)again or one of Palacio's other units. Palacio had all that we could ask for, as well as very friendly residence. Everyone we talked with at Southern Vacation Rentals was so pleasant and helpful, great staff! We all had a wonderful time.

Overall the condo was good and we really enjoyed it. It does need a little maintainance and really need to consider changing your cleaning service. The floors were dirty, the beds were made half hazardly and we found that our mattress pad was stained terribly with urine and even blood our third night when we went to change the sheets... it was a little unsettling, but we took and had it cleaned and it was fine. We will definitely stay at the property again but not likely this condo.

Palacio was very comfortable, plenty of room and very clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. It was our first time to the Perdido Key area, and we are going to return there in four weeks hoping to stay at the Palacio again!
