Ocean Villa #1606 - Panama City Beach, FL - 2 bedrooms - 2 baths

This was our second year in the same rental and both years have been exceptional. Thanks Southern Vacation Rentals. I being a senior took another senior and 2 girls on spring break. This was the first year for the other two and they are already talking about the same trip and room for next year.

My husband, mother, father, and brother all stayed in Ocean Villa for a family vacation. The condo was clean and convenient to everything! Will definitely go back.

There were two Moms and two teenagers in our condo. The property was well maintained with the exception of a stopped up toilet in the main bathroom. Since there was a "plumbers helper" already in the room I figured this was not the first time there has been a problem. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - management was helpful.

We traveled to PC for a family beach wedding. We found the condo with no problem. Check-in was a breeze. The automated keypad worked great. The condo was exactly as described. The furnishings were good. Everything was clean and neat. I managed to prepare a complete Thanksgiving dinner for us using the pans, dishes, etc from the kitchen. Parking was ample and convenient. The view from the large balcony was fantastic. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub as well as the beautiful beach, just steps away. We did run into a rather rude "property owner" who complained about "renters". We pretty much ignored him. Thank you for a super experience.

The arrival and check in was wonderful because there was no check in. The door is equipped with a combination lock and the number series was given to us before arrival - easiest check in I have ever had. My children and grandchildren loved the nice clean, modern accomodations. The view from the corner unit was spectacular for the ocean. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for my children's families. As Gran, I slept with the small children on the pull out bed which was great. The kitchen was great with all of the modern appliances and a beautiful bar area. After cooking meals, our choice was to eat on the balcony with the view of the ocean. It was a dream for me to have all of my family members together on a vacation at one time. So comfortable and so conforting!! Would love to return year after year.

My 2 friends and I stayed at "Ocean Villa 1606" for a girls week. Our condo was absolutely beautiful and so was the view!! The pools and hot were great as well as the short walk to the beach. It was also great that there was an initial supply of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. What we liked least was that the elevators always seemed to be stuck and the check-out time was 10am when check-in time was 4pm. I would definitely reccommend this condo and hope to stay there again in the future.

It was wonderful! We enjoyed clean and well furnished condo unit. White sand, heated pool, jacuzzi. Would stay again!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in condo #1606 from January 21 through the end of February. The unit was very well equipped and the corner location was beautiful! In 25 years of renting condos in the panhandle, there have been many times where I have found the cleaning job less than desirable. However, this unit was spotless! The cleaning people you have did a wonderful job! Working with the staff at Southern Resorts was a pleasant experience and one that we hope to repeat next year, hopefully for a longer stay. I highly recommend this unit!

The condo was in excellent condition. It was clean and beautiful. We truly had a fantastic stay, and will likely be back this year for vacation. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The ocean view was phenonomenal.

It was a wonderful place to stay!! I can'e say enough about it. The view was FANTASTIC and the condo was spectacular!! I want to stay there again next year.

We loved the condo. It was beautifully decorated and large enough to accomodate us and our visiting dinner guests. The balcony was fabulous with plenty of furniture and the views were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and hope to return next year.
