Needle Rush Point East #24 ~ Condo For Rent in Perdido Key, FL

We really enjoyed our stay at Needle point Rush. In the beginning we were a little disapointed that we were not staying in the condos right at the beach but it worked out better. The others ones are quieter with a nice view of the river and easy access to the beach. The place was clean and well equiped. The queen size bed was not very comfortable (too soft), and the other bunk beds make awaful sqeaking noise anytime their occupants move. Other than that it was perfect.

We loved our stay at Needle Rush Point! The condo was very clean and comfortable with all of our needs covered. Our boys loved fishing off the dock. The check in and check out process was easy and we will definitely come back next year.

Amazing view from the balcony! Completely comfortable! Stocked to live in (complete with dish and laundry soap!). Walk across the street to the beach. Quiet and peaceful, away from the tourist traps (but they're close enough to enjoy when you want to). Would love to have just been able to stay forever...

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying in this unit. Yes, the beach was across the street, but we preferred the quiet bay side with a wonderful water view, birds singing, and fishing right off the dock! There were swimming pools on both sides of the street. they seemed real clean, but we didn't use them. From previous feedback, the master bed is no longer hard because it has two memory foam pads, which made the bed very comfortable. We didn't try sleeping on the bunk beds or pull-out couch, but the couch was comfortable to sit on. The colors and decorations were nice as well as a stocked closet of games. The kitchen was perfect for our use, everything worked fine, and it was well stocked with utensils, etc. We used both bathrooms, but I especially liked the master shower instead of standing in a tub. If you want a huge beach towel or special personal items, you should bring them yourself, but there are normal sized towels in the unit that worked well for showers, etc. The people in the office were nice to work with and we had no glitches at all. I would definitely recommend this unit for rental and we will be coming back again soon.

We loved this condo on Ole River at Needle Rush Point. It was decorated so cute and had lots of room. The only complaint I could have is the master bed is hard. The rental agency was easy to work with. The amenities at the complex were well kept and clean. Would definitely recommend.

The complex I loved. We had a great time. The condo was nice but the master bedroom bed was so hard. I also believe the condo was not equipped enough with towels, etc like other condos we have stayed in. Overall we still had a wonderful time.

My Family and I had a great experience at this condo! We loved the view! The only down side was the beach was across the street. I would advise you to check your room key when you arrive because I was locked out of the room for about 20 minutes with just my bikini and no shoes when I took out the trash. My key would not work for some reason. I chalk it up to the high humidity because after fiddling with it I finally was able to get it to work! Take out the trash with your cell phone people! lol I didn't and wished for it! lol Other than that it was a great experience with lots of room for the 5 of us. Kids loved the big bedroom for them. We will stay here again.
