Molokai Villas #4 ~ A Perdido Key, FL Condo

Our stay in this town-home was perfect. This was our first time to stay in Perdido Key. We have never stayed in a place that was so clean, quiet, great amenities, perfect view, easy access to great restaurants, plenty of room, non-crowded beach and less expensive. I could go on and on. This home is very well taken care of by the owners and rental agency. We did have a leak and the maintenance man was there within minutes and had the problem taken care of and cleaned up before we returned from the beach.We will definitely stay here again and use this rental agency in all our future trips to Florida.

Everything was wonderful in the stay. We enjoyed our time there and the experience was one we would like to repeat. Could not find a grill when there. Would like to have grilled out, but told not to bring a grill from home.

the beach is not crowded,as it was by the highrises, good food in walking distance,beds were very comfortable,3rd bedroom bunks were great for grandkids,deck was bigger than we expected,didnt like storm shutter closed in dining area & pool across main road

Molokai Villa is where I stayed and I loved it! The employees at Pointe South went above and beyond for me! I had lost my cat prior to my trip and someone had called to tell me she had sent a pic to my email of a cat they had found. I did not have a laptop with me, so called Pointe South to see if I could borrow one to check my email. I was told it was no problem and it was not. Additionally, I had come in the front door in a rush and requested a few things, one of which was some Horror films for my teens, of which I know nothing. The woman there went back to the movies and quickly picked out three cd's for me, no questions asked. Thank you so much! The Villa is beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with most of the kitchenware that was needed. The privacy on the deck was astounding! The wooded slats were turned such that from any angle, I could see the ocean, but no one could see me. Furthermore, the gate to it locked, so if I stepped out any time of night I felt safe and secure. I've never been to Perdido Key, so figured like any other place I've rented in the past that it was a crap-shoot and I may be overwhelmed with people on the beach, sitting on top of me and my family; however, that was not the case. There was actually no one near enough to disturb any serenity I had. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with the fact that I went in October, but am willing to find out next year by visiting the same Villa much sooner. Again, thank you for the help that was provided us and thank you for putting us in such a beautiful Villa!

It was a very beautiful weekend. The Villa was a nice place to stay. There were a few ants marching around the kitchen, but nothing too crazy. We enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer. This was the third time we have stayed in this wonderful rental. We love it here and one day wish to retire in Perdido. The home is beautiful, the view, unsurpassed. This time, we actually had some technical problems with one of the bathrooms but Pointe South had a plummer there very quickly and everything was resolved in a timely and professional manner. We already have next years trip booked.

This is a great place to stay that is off the beaten path between Orange Beach and Pensacola. Traffic is good and the beaches were not crowed at all. Driving to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Pensacola was quick and easy. Food very close. Only complaint was the jelly fish in the ocean.
