The ultimate in luxurious beach escapes is waiting for you at the Millenia beach home, a seven bedroom vacation rental nestled directly on the powder white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. The home features many impressive amenities for you to enjoy during your stay including beautiful marble flooring, kitchen with granite countertops, double oven and wine chiller, and a fireplace in the living room.
The breathtaking Gulf view available from the windows along the back of the home, as well as the private balconies of the home, will lure you outside for long days of fun under the Florida sun. Lounge on your beachfront deck and cool off in your private splash pool or take the quick walk down your private beach walkway for a day of fun in the emerald water. The Millenia beach home is located within the gated community of Destiny by the Sea allowing you access to the larger community pool as well a hot tub during your sweet Southern getaway with us as well.

First Floor - You will be awed by the beauty of this beach home the moment you enter the ground floor foyer and take in the grand staircase and marble flooring. You will find the main living area such as the living room, dining room and kitchen on this level in addition to one bedroom featuring a king bed.
Second Floor - The second level of the home is where the majority of the sleeping rooms are located. Here you will find the four additional bedrooms, three of which contain king size beds while the last bedroom contains two twin bunks perfect for children. A balcony overlooking the beach is also available on this level.
Third Floor - The third floor of Millenia features the last two bedrooms of this home, as well as a large balcony area. The master bedroom is located on this level and contains a king bed in addition to a mini-fridge and microwave. In the master bath you will find a whirlpool tub, multi-jet rain shower, fireplace and TV. The last bedroom contains a queen size bed.
Fourth Floor - Journey to the fourth floor of this beach home is sit back, relax and take in the unbeatable Destin, Florida view from your private observation deck.

Just an fyi for your knowledge for future,had to by about 3 bags of ice a day, the ice maker did work, the freezer ice maker hardly made ice, we had to fill the propane tank it was empty, the house was not super clean when we arrived, still a lot of sand etc on floor, I know it is a big house and takes a lot but...also, the toilets in the second floor bathroom by the bunk room and the master upstairs had to be plunged a lot. The second floor over flowed toward the end. And the shower in the second floor master seem to leak down to the kitchen, we noticed this our last day as well. With that said we did enjoy the house, loved being on the beach etc. Look forward to coming back next year.

The pictures do not do this home justice! Every aspect of our stay at the Millenia was truly wonderful. The home is located directly on the beach (just being able to reach the beach in only a few steps was completely worth it and also to have your 'beach setup" with umbrella and chairs ready to go by 7 a.m. every morning was a great plus as well!). We have stayed at many nice places on vacation and I have to honestly say that this home is truly first class. It is extremely accomodating for multiple families and the furnishings are very nice. Well worth it and we can't wait to stay here again!

Home is beautiful and spacious. Small family/Great Room for the size of house but we loved the house just the same. Needed more towels and bath tissue for the length of stay. This house is great and Beautiful, the pictures on-line does not do it justice. Beautiful!!!
