Our family had a wonderful time at Majestic Sun 1112a! The place was exactly how it looked online, and it was very close to so many things including the beach! We are golfers and enjoyed the courses that work with Majestic Sun on discounts. We will definitely be back to the same condo. Thank you!

This condo exceded our expectations, you never are sure about pictures on the internet, but they were right on with this one. The condos location couldn't have been better, the view was awesome and steps away from the beach. It had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as home. If there was one thing we didn't like it would be that you needed seperate codes for the condo doorelevator, and pool access. And there was no one to help you. We just asked other guests. But the condo itself was awesome and we do plan to return next year.

We loved our stay, the view was awesome. Close to everything, two lane road between condo and beach, which was no problem crossing. We had 5 graduating seniors with us and they loved it! The elevator code didn't work half the time, rode the elevator up and down for 20 minutes one time. Finally the maintenance guy got me all the way up, after his second attempt. Still loved the place and will stay again.

very clean and family friendly. lots of space. only complaint was that the beds made a lot of noise and felt unstable. great view and balcony.

We rented the condo for Labor Day weekend. My in-laws drove down from North Carolina to stay with us. The condo was wonderful...it was on the 11th floor...Beautiful view of the Gulf! All together 7 adults and 2 kids in a 3bedroom/3bath condo and we all had plenty of room. My daughter loved the pool and spent many hours in it! The pool area did get a little bit crowded during the afternoon...it never bothered me! We usually went to the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon! There is plenty of parking and plenty of elevators. We actually had an intimate beach wedding ceremony on Sunday...it was right across the street from our condo...we just had to walk across the satreet! We loved our stay and we are talking about making this an annual visit to Destin and Majestic Sun!

THIS WAS THE SECOND YEAR FOR OUR FAMILY TO STAY IN THE DESTIN AREA FOR VACATION, AND WE HAD A GREAT TIME AGAIN. THE FOLK'S THAT HELPED US AT SOUTHERN RESORT DID EVERYTHING THAT THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD. (FROM EMAILS TO PHONE CONVERSATIONS)THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE MAJESTIC SUN WAS A WONDERFUL CONDO TO STAY IN (BEST VIEW)OF THE OCEAN.THE ONLY THING TO HAPPEN WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE LOCK ON THE DOOR, WE CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEY FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY (THANKS)WE WILL BE BACK THANKS WAYNE & FAMILY

We enjoyed our stay there. We wanted a view of the beach & we needed 3 bedrooms/3 baths for our family. The view was spectacular.

This is our second year at the Majestic Sun. The rest of my family have been down a couple years more. We love the beaches and the condos. The Majestic Sun is always are first choice. There is usually about 15-17 of us that go in June. It is wonderful for the kids too!

This is a great place to stay we stay at the Majestic Sun every year the location can't be beat and the Whale tail restaurant and bar are the best as well.
