Our condo was very nice and clean. There was plenty of room for us (4 adults, 2 little kids and a teenager). The only negatives center around the check in. While the idea of checking in over the phone is great, it was uncontrolled chaos. The others checking in took things to a new extreme. Not only were holding "check in" parking spots, they also held all bell trolleys. In fact, there were none to be found all week.

The room was really nice, we did have problems with Refrig,toilet, has some problems getting ahold of someone the day before we left to ask questions about check out... The only complaint would be the Continious statement from front desk reminding us that they couldn't help with anything (ex how to get Dvd's just general questions) because we weren't their guest... But all in all it was the best vacation we've had

We had a wonderful stay. The check in was quick and the coded entry was very time saving. The condo was beautiful and supplied all the comforts of home plus some. The staff at Southern Resorts were courteous and friendly to work with. I have found a new vacation spot!! The only down side was having to leave.

The service was great The home was very nice everything we needed, and more was there any dish we needed, even a cheese grater. The location was good close by were restaurants/ stores.We loved the ocean we loved the veiw of the ocean from the beach and from the balcony. Our granddaughter loved the beach and our grandson loved it too even though he's only one he loved sitting and playing in the sand, The least thing I likes was having to leave

The keyless entry and rental agency made check in very simple including immediate answers to questions. Accommodations were very clean, comfortable, and updated. Owner was quick to respond to rental inquiry. Majestic Towers staff was very visible and available. Seasonal painting limited use of one indoor pool and made one outdoor pool unavailable for use during our stay but maintenance of complex was obviously visible. Loved the Starbucks in the lobby!

Our goal is for you to have a seamless check in so you can have more time to enjoy your accommodations along with the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf Coast. I sincerely apologize that the pools were limited to use due to the maintenance. Unfortunately the off season is the best time for routine maintenance but it sounds like your family made the best of it and had a fabulous vacation anyways! We went during the off season so I didn't have an opportunity to visit with the staff. The condo was very spacious with an open floor plan and excellent view of the beach. The parking garage is across but a walkway is provided above the street so traffic isn't a concern. I would definately stay again. Very nice.
