Our stay was great. Possible improvements needed to room. Room #2311. Dead bolt did not work and with this being a keyless entry, that was concerning. Also the outside door did not close nor engage and never needed card to open. Also called to check out to see if we could leave cards in the room for the next visitors and person on phone was almost rude and said we had to return them to the rental office. Whereas staff at the rental office were exceptionally friendly and helpful and pointed out that we did not need to come in to check out. Seems phone support needs training in manners and proper checkout procedures.

This is a great setting for a relaxing beach get-away with the family. If you want to stay in one location and have it all, this is it. Cook in your room as everything but food is provided. Or, choose to eat at the delicious outdoor grill or indoor coffee shop/cafe in the Tower. If you have children, both large "adult" pools are kid friendly, plus there is an enclosed kiddie pool. All units have large balconies facing the ocean, spacious interiors and comfy furnishings. Ours had entertainment units in each room, internet hook-up, and appeared to have been professionally decorated. We flew in to the new international airport (ECP), took the $10 airport shuttle to Tower I, and never left the property. Fantastic experience!

We have stayed at this condo several times. The location is excellent, close to resturants and shopping..The service was great,easy in,easy out!This unit has it all.Please pay more attention to floors and ceiling fans,not as clean as we expect.

Great time - Great view - Great location. Wish we could have stayed longer, stayed the week of the 4th of July and had a relaxing time watching all the action the 23rd floor.

My husband and I and our 2 daughters, age 8 and 14, loved the property. It was very clean and plenty of room. My parents joined a day later after we arrived. The view was beautiful from the 23rd floor. We would love to stay here next year. The only thing I would suggest for changes would be the fold out sofa bed my daughters slept on. It needs a little attention and maybe a new mattress. The sofa itself was comfortable, but the fold out part we had to fluff up for the girls.

The room and facility was beautiful! The Southern Vacation staff were friendly and very helpful. The staff at Majestic Beach Towers were helpful and friendly as well. I would stay heree again and again!
