Mainsail 414 ~ Destin Florida Vacation Condo

Beautiful, clean, quaint condo. Had all the ameneties and more. Decorated very nicely and we really felt like we were at home. This is a trip our family takes, usually just the four siblings. I'm the youngest at 49, but this year my niece came along. We all had our laptops, iPads, computers, etc., and we exchanged alot of information technology back and forth, so we decided we would call it a 'Technology Party' as well. Great time had by all, and we will most definitely do it again. Thanks for everything! Highly recommended!

We visited the condo with our adult children and their children and were a little unsure about the condo arrangements. It was great!! The unit was well furnished and clean and we loved the two balconies. The unit was close to the beach and the other families were friendly and fun. The pool area was clean and well furnished. We'd visit again and would request this unit as it worked so well for us. The only issue was the pull out bed was not comfortable due to the center bar across the back! We suggest that you pull the mattress off and place it on the floor, it's more comfortable.

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo. The only oomplaints that I have are: the dryer took forever to dry towels and we thought that we would have wi-fi, but you could never get on it. If these two things were corrected, I would recommend to any of my friends. Mainsail is a very nice complex and Southern Rentals were great to work with. I would definitely rent again through Southern Resort Rentals. We love Destin and consider it our second home.

Very nice. Everything was wonderful. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the master jacuzzi bathtub/shower (moldy jets and corner caulking). The condo is a very nice size with plenty of room for eating, entertaining, and relaxing. Nice decor with comfortable beds and furniture. I loved the in-suite washer/dryer. A perfect blend for a great family getaway!

The loacation was perfect for our family. Walking distance to the beach, no need to drive. Grocery stroe across the street...close to many resturans and wonderful shopping! Beach service was a nice added touch. The home was a great size for a family. It was pretty clean. (Little mildew in the grout in the bathrooms) Overall very enjoyable. Love to have had the heated pool b/c it was not warm enough for swimming in the pool yet. Could have been equiped with dish soap to hand wash the pots and hand soap to wash your hands in the kithen. Or told to bring that would have been nice. Many of the pots had to be washed before we used them b/c they were not cleaned properly. The dryer did not work real well either. Took about an hour and 45 minutes to dry a load of laundry. Not a deal breaker. We had a wonderful visit. So glad to have found this place. We would recommend our friends to stay there and would love to go back sometime.

What a great time to spend in Destin, Florida! The last week of September gave us awesome weather...not to hot, and not to cold. Just right for sitting on the beach, reading and playing in the water. The very calm and crystal clear water was just amazing! What made it even better was the accomodations. We desired nothing! (except to maybe stay another week longer!) The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed shopping at the nearby outlet, eating dinner at several of the hundreds of restaurants, and watching the dolphins from our beach in the early morning sun. We ended the week by attending the Seafood Festival in Destin, and were definitely sad to go.

This was the perfect location and the perfect beach experience for several reasons! 1- the beach is private 2- Mainsail is a gated community. 3- Conveniently located across from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, grocery store and other places. The condo was spacious, clean and offered all the comforts of home....only it was home by the beach. We were so pleased and will be back again!

From the condo to the beautiful white beaches and blue waters, our trip was wonderful. The condo was decorated so nice and was so clean. I would highly recommed this unit. The weather was good all week except for one afternoon. Got lots of sun. We have been coming to Destin now for the past 4 years, Panama City before that, and I like Destin much better.

This place is like staying in Paradise. My family had such a wonderful vacation. We will go back next year for sure. The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The beach is right there. The Mailsail is family oriented and safe! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and have the best vacation we have ever had!!!

I will be honest, this was the first time I ever reserved anything online and was very nervous. When we arrived, we were very impressed. The condo we stayed in was very nice and made a great home away from home for our stay. The location was nice, close to the grocery store, shopping, and restruants. I would recommend this to anyone! The only thing I would do different next time would be to find a condo that had a view of the ocean. We were on the other end but was still a great place! Would go back in a heartbeat!!
