Long Beach Resort #4-1107 ~ Panama City Beach Vacation Condo

Perfect for families!!! we had the best stay. we couldn't be happier with our choice. The condo was large and laid out very well with kids on one side with a large bathroom - the adults on the other side with our own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked well with appliances and pans, etc. for cooking. Having laundry in the unit was great. The views were magnificent from every room, huge windows, huge deck - private from neighboring decks, beautiful beach, beautiful water. clean, clear, shallow for the kids. we just missed spring break and the beach was empty. We were able to rent beach chairs easily. The pool was beautiful but very cold. There was a giant walmart right across the street for food, liquor, supplies. I would definitely recommend this unit - although if your looking for tranquil, watch when you book - it could get nuts with spring breakers. The area is definitely built up on the street side, but the beach side leaves it all behind. Southern resorts was very easy to work with, they left just enough supplies to get through the week - you might have to restock a few items like tp or dish detergent. wonderful wonderful - cant wait to book our next trip!

We have stayed at many condos in PCB over the years and so far this has been our favorite. The condo itself is beautiful and in a great location. Walking distance to Pineapple Willie's, beach shops and very convenient to Wal-Mart. This condo is in the heart of PCB. We had 8 people in our group which included young kids as well as teenagers. There was plenty of room for everyone and the condo is laid out perfect with bedrooms on opposite sides. We loved the deck, the large rooms and the big bathrooms. One of the other great features is the front door is a combo lock so we didn't have to worry about losing or juggling keys between everyone coming in and out of the condo all day. We will definitely be renting this place again!

This was our first experience as "snowbirds" and we enjoyed our trip immensely. The accommodations were great with a full view of the beach and Gulf from the living area and bedrooms. The floor plan allowed privacy for each couple's bedroom and bath. The furnishings were very comfortable. Whenever we needed anything, the staff promptly attended to our requests. As neat freaks, we missed the usual cleaning supplies for touch-ups such as swifers for dusting and mopping, etc. However, if so desired, cleaning services were available at an extra. It was extremely handy to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Next year we will not over pack! My husband was pleased with the availability of internet services within our condo so he could keep up with things at home. The location for us was just right--not too close to the hubbub of night life, but yet close enough to take advantage of the "Pier" and other amenities. Our only disappointment was the fact that some restaurants, activities and shops did not open until late February. A long-time dream of mine had been to sit by the sea and listen to the waves. What a wonderful dream come true! The beach was very accessible from the condo and the beautiful white sand and aqua blue water were so relaxing and enjoyable. For February, the weather even cooperated after the first week of rain and was warm enough for sun bathing and walking on the beach. On cooler/cloudy days, we were able to enjoy the sights and sounds from our balcony. While the pool/hot tub were accessible, we used it infrequently until our granddaughter arrived for a short visit--she's a little fish, so the pool was a big hit. From building sand castles on the beach to splashing in the pool, the outdoor facilities were thoroughly enjoyed. This is definitely on our schedule for a return trip in 2012!

We really enjoyed this condo, you could see the ocean from all rooms. The furnishings were great. We enjoyed the location being close to shopping, grocery stores, and many different resturants. We definitely will come back here.

Really loved the layout of the unit with bedrooms on each side of the unit. The great room area had a amazing view of the sunset. The extra large deck with access doors from each bedroom was great for taking photos and just relaxing. Great for couples or family with teens. Extra bedroom is great with two queen beds.

I took 5 teenage girls on fall break and we loved it. I sat on the beach from morning til evening while they road jet skis and had fun roaming the pools and beaches while staying out of trouble :) There was a little confusion checking in...just make sure the security guard understands you have checked in online, have already received you room code and your parking pass is in your room.

Check in was a piece of cake. The view was beautiful, Bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. We are looking forward to our next visit. We loved the location, for shopping Pier Park was great and so was the resturants, Walmart close by. It was perfect... :)

My family & I enjoyed our stay @ Long Beach Resort very much, it was very relaxing. Check in was a breeze with the keypad entry & not having to stop & get a key. The condo was very nice, spacious, comfortable & clean. Loved the ocean views in every room with the floor to ceiling windows in both bedrooms, living & dining rooms. The kids loved the all the pools & hot tubs & the fact that Wal-Mart was directly behind us & Pineapple Willies was within walking distance on the beach was a plus. Large patio/deck had an eletric grill but the exterior power outlet was not working while we were there, hope it got fixed for the next renters. Also thought the kitchen could have been supplied with more baking dishes, needed a casserole dish while we were there, fortunately we had friends staying on the 7th floor of the same building & were able to borrow one. Over all we loved the stay & would definetly stay again!!!

Longbeach is the place to stay,We stayed with our 3 girls, 2 of which are teeneagers and an 11 year old, They loved the pool with the islands in it. The room was beautiful and both bedrooms was ocean view. We are already planning our next trip to Longbeach! This is the place to stay!

Excellent place to stay. All the amenities we needed were here. We will stay here again. Only downside was not being able to stay longer.
