Place was great, a beautiful property... one minor complaint...the pool had quite a bit of dirt in it. I called the property management group our first morning there and asked if they could have it cleaned... and it was never cleaned... so, we never got to use the pool for the remainder of our stay. That was a little disapointing... we are regular (1-2 a year) renters down in this area and except for the pool mx issue, this was one of our best rental experiences on the coast...

We researched the request for a pool clean during your stay and showed no record of this being reported. We have always stayed in a condo while vacationing in Destin/Navarre areas so renting a house was a first for us and we loved it. Felt like home. The size of the house was perfect for us (2 adults/3 children). Short walk to the beach was not an issue and enjoyed being off the main road traffic. Only issue we had was that we left an item accidentally and called the next day to check about shipping it to us. The item was evidently not found.

I am very sorry that we were unable to locate the item you left behind. We did send out inspector over on two different occasions to look for the pillow and did not see it.
