Leeward Key 803 ~ Vacation Rental in Destin Miramar Beach Florida

The condo was well-equipped with comfortable beds. It has a beautiful view out both the living room and master bedroom. It is centrally located on the beach between Destin Outlet Mall and Destin Commons. It is a great place for families with kids! The beach was not overcrowded even during Spring Break.

This was the most relaxed vacation I've been on in years; Leeward Key was so nice and clean and bright. Also the view was amazing; Will hopefully get to return very soon, The wife did complain about the dryer tearing up some of our clothes other than that it was perfect

Our stay at Leeward Key was very enjoyable. Has everything you need to feel comfortable at the beach and just a short walk across the street. The tenants above us were very noisy and would move furniture around every night an then again in the morning, but other than that it was great!

We absolutely loved our condo. It was more than expected. Extremely clean. Fully stocked with nice equipment. Very well kept!! Really felt like a home away from home. The building was quiet so we were not interrupted or distracted with our neighbors. We will definitely book this condo in the future.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Great overall experience with every detail from the location, pools, beach access, even reservations. We have already recommended this property to friends and would stay there again in a heart beat. Already missing the balcony views of the gulf.

We had a wonderful time in Destin. This was in large part due to our stay at Leeward Key. The unit was clean and modern. It has a wonderful gulf front view, and it is an easy walk across the street to the beach. The pool on the beach is a nice touch, too. We will stay there again in the future, and we recommend it to others.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Leeward Key #803. The 2 bedroom setup was exactly what we were looking for and the location could not have been more perfect for our family. Everyone we met there was extremely friendly and we never had a bad experience during our 4 days there. We had just gone to Disneyworld and this was the perfect spot for us to unwind and just enjoy being together as a family! We will definitely book here again for our next Destin vacation.

Condo was beautiful - want the same decorator for my house! Kitchen had everything we needed. The views from the master bedroom and the living room were fantastic. Our kids loved swimming in the pool right on the beach. Great location - not too crowded and we could walk to 3 restaurants.

Absolutely loved this condo and the full ocean view. This is a perfect family place to stay. The ocean/beach are breathtaking. It is quiet area of destin perfect for family,, but close enough to walk to near by restaurants and activities. The condo is even nicer than photos. Loved it!

Overall it was a great location, good price and it was by far the easiest condo on line to book. I will look for this location everytime I go to Florida from now on. Overall a great experience.

We originally spent 4 nights in #803 Leeward Key in October, 2007. My granddaughter and I live together and travel together and both of us loved the condo, the beach and all the convenient restaurants and shopping. We decided this time we could stay 5 nights instead of 4 during her fall school break. We're hoping to return again - she's hoping for 2 weeks next time!!

The view is amazing! This condo was amazing! I love how clean everything was and the decor was perfect. The bed was very comfortable! I would stay here again for sure! The only thing that was a little off was the morning we were leaving, it was 30 minutes to check out and someone knocked on the door reminding us....I thought that was a little pushy and just not necessary. Other than that though the condo was perfect.

We had a great time over Thanksgiving... we have been several times and all times have been great...the property is always clean and neat!!! Your customer service is great as well!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience. We visited Destin when my husband returned from Afghanistan. The agents at Southern Resorts went above and beyond to find the perfect condo to fit our needs to price range. The home was perfect! The view was breath taking. Very clean and totally met all of our needs. We are family of 5. The amazing pool on the beach was top notch. It was small, but not too small. Small enough to be quaint. We were satisfied beyond our expectations and cannot think of anything negative. We will be back!

This is probably about the fourth time we have rented #803 Leeward Key. The area is not as busy as further down the beach. Less traffic too! We enjoyed walking next door to the Diner and in the evenings, over to Captain Daves. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had the items you needed. There was nothing that needed repair. Checkout was easy - just a phone call.

We have been vacationing in Destin for close to 20 years now and we've stayed at many other condos but none that we enjoyed as much as Leeward Key. The only reason we don't rate it 5 stars is because of the god-awful racket that the dryer makes. We read of this problem on a review from a previous guest so maybe someone should try to rectify this situation. Unit 803 has such a fantastic view, you feel like you're right on the water rather than across the street. Thanks to the staff of Southern Resorts who guided us to Leeward Key. 5 stars to them!

This year was the first time that our family stayed at Leeward Key,and it will not be our last.The service from Southern Resorts was great.Our condo was the best we've ever had,and this is our third year vacationing in Destin.The location was perfect,just hop on the elevator,gat off,a few steps and you are on the beach.This area is never crowded,this includes the beach and the pools so it's very relaxing.

we had a wonderful time. the accomodations were great and the condo was nice. we had an incident with no power due to a situation down the street. The management company was helpful and tried to explain the situation. the power was restored a few hours later. one concern we had was the dryer made very loud noises when spinning and it seemed to leave some rust marks on a few pieces of our clothing. Overall, we had a nice time.

We absolutely love to stay here. We have stayed in the same condo at the same location Leeward Keys for the past 2 years. The first year we were so thrilled at how nice it was and convenient. We loved that it had 2 pools, back of condo and one right on the beach. We loved the convenience of the access to the beach. We loved that ithe condo has a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. We saved a lot of money cooking in the condo, versus eating out every night. The view was to die for!!!!! That was probably the best part,waking up each morning, drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins jumping and playing. The second year we arrived at the same condo and we felt like we were home away from home because everything was familiar to us and we knew where everything was already. Booking it both times was easy and very convenient and the customer service is amazing, friendly and very helpful and always available to answer your questions or help in any way. We highly recommend renting a condo because of the extra's that you get that you won't find in a hotel rom. Thanks Southern Resorts. An amazing location for the beaches of Destin, this rental property had something for all of us. THe pool was located on the beach so we could swim in either place, and there was another quieter pool located at the back of the property. Waking to dolphins jumping in the gulf, and having breakfast on the balcony while smelling the salt air, are the main reasons we stay at Leeward Key. The condo is extremely clean and the location is central to any shopping need, but far enough to be private. We had stayed three times so far and are currently booking out fourth visit!

Our family has stayed at this property twice, and we really like it. The decor is pleasing and unique. The location is perfect, and we really enjoy the pool by the ocean.

Leeward Key is the perfect Complex to stay on the beach. Just steps to the beach. Grounds are pristine. Pool, very nice. Condo is very well maintained and with very comfortable furniture. Spacious for 2 guests in master bedroom with room for 2 younger ones in 2nd bedroom with two twin beds. Sofa sleeper in living room is nice for extra sleeping needs. Would recommend. And Would stay again.

This condo was very nice. The Leeward Key is a great place to stay even if you are across the street from the beach. Just a short elevator ride down and cross and you are on the beach. The view from this room is great, you get the beach and the strip.The beachside pool is small but fun. The pool behind the condo is huge and we never had a problem going swimming and it was the 4th of July. This condo is very well equipped and decorated. I could have stayed 2 weeks if I had the time off. My 4 year old wanted to move there after our trip.
