We have been a Southern Vacations customer for very many years and would not use any other agency. Why? Because you always know you are getting the best that the gulf coast has to offer in the way of vacation rentals and property management. The entire organization is caring, attentive, helpful and professional. In short, they are the greatest. Southern Vacations is the american Idol of the gulf coast vacation industry.

I have stayed in several units at Leeward Key but 1002 is my favorite. It is an end unit so there is more space. The master bedroom and the guest bedroom are huge! The master bed is very comfortable. I really enjoyed staying at this property and in this unit. We love the view and the easy access to the beach. They had a full size front load washer and dryer that was stacked which was very nice to have such a large size. The decor is really pretty and very comfortable. Just can't say enough great things about it. Will definitely stay in this unit again.

Absolutely wonderful. Quiet, clean, convenient to everything, beautiful view. Hope to stay there again soon.

Wow! I was so impressed with Leeward Key and this unit. The master bed was the best I have ever slept in on vacation... great matress. The view was spectacular! The location could not have been better. I will stay here again! The only thing I was disappointed in was my ability to get online. Internet service was provided however I could not get connected. Better directions should be provided. I assumed that the connection was wireless but could not recieve service. I called but did not get good advise. I called again to inquire about the connection and someone finally told me I needed a cable to connect that it was not wireless. I think that a cable should be provided if it is not a wireless connection or a guest should a least be advised to bring their own. I never did receive internet service so I don't really know if it works or not.

We stayed a week at Leeward Key and had the best time. The location is close to everything. The condo was very nice and clean. We could not have asked for anything better! We really enjoyed having one of the pools right on the beach. Leeward Key is not one of the larger complexes which is great for a family. We never had to worry about finding a great spot on the beach. We would recommend this condo to anyone that wants a great relaxing vacation. Can't wait to go back!
