Condo is beautiful. Spacious and very clean. Wonderful balcony and views. Couch is worn and sits terrible. Public acces runs adjacent to building and encroaches on the privacy of the complexes beach.

This is a beautiful property. It has 10-12 ft ceilings with crown moulding throughout. The modern kitchen was fun to cook in. We enjoyed having the spacious family room with floor to ceiling windows right next to the kitchen so we could all be together. We traveled with our 3 girls (12,11, 8) and grandma. There are 3.5 baths. Kitchen has everything you could want. We appreciated that the rental company supplied dishwashing liquid, dish towels and plenty of extra towels. The laundry is right off the kitchen, so we kept our laundry and towels clean all week. There are only 3 units on each level with 2 elevators. Nice. Also, the lobby, parking area and pool are clean and neat. A nice security guard keeps an eye out. There is private covered parking. You will love this place. The beach is quiet and not crowded. My family missed having a boardwalk and nearby stores that you could walk to. Nothing is within walking distance.

Great location...fantastic condo!!! Security guards friendly & helpful...love the laid back atmosphere of Perdido Key!!

The condo was furnished very well. It had great access to beach and pool. Loved the location because we we're on the beach but minutes from stores and places to eat.

As I said great condo, the pool set-up is a little small. Also there was renovation work going on the whole week on the outside of the units and I wasn't aware of that.

Nice unit; plenty of room; great views; well equipped; enjoyed balcony and had best weather in our 12 plus years of vacationing on Perdido Key.
