We enjoyed our stay, but were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. The carpet was very dirty. We vacummed it & filled the canister 3 times. All this after paying a cleaning fee. The condo itself is roomy & you can't beat the view.

Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our time at this wonderful condo. The views of the Gulf are breathtaking, and the rooms were arranged well. The people staying at this condominium were for the most part very nice people.

This was a very clean and spacious unit! Love the big balcony! rooms, pool, beach access very nice and accessible. Staff and beach attendants very helpful and friendly! this is a very nice beach and place to stay. I highly reccomend it for anyone.No complaints!

The unit and location could not be beat. We are return guests to Jade East Towers and will be back. The value of the condo was comparable to the unit. It was "dated" and the kitchen not fully stocked, or could have been better stocked with basics. The master bath shower door was a challenge and needs to be fixed as it is not on its track correctly. The master bedroom furniture had obviously not been cleaned in sometime. We had to wipe down the tops of the furniture. This being said we would still return to this unit. Our only complaint was with the wireless, gate and beach access codes being changed and guests were not notified. This happened several times during our visit and caused much frustration. Even after calling Southern Resorts this was not resolved to our satisfaction.

What a great place to stay! Right on the beach, nice pool, hot tub & grills. Excellent Location in Destin. Thank you to the courteous staff for making our Spring Break one to remember.

The condo was decorated to a "t" & the view was breath-taking!! The property was always clean and quiet. The booking process was very easy and when I had questions they were answered promptly. Overall GREAT experience!!

Very easy and fast booking service. Effective telephone information center, you can basically call anytime. The apartment was just as described on the website, although the view from the balcony was more spectacular than what I thought. I was pleasantly surprised of how well equiped the apartment was, it has everything you need, you just have to bring your personal stuff.. Location wise is good as well, to go to the beach just go downstairs and you're there.. for the rest; eating, night life, etc. you should drive, but not too far. The service staff in the complex was absolutely great, they are there for your needs. I am really pleased about my stay there.

Loved Jade East and condo.. Only complaint, the refrigerator would not stay cold. Called twice.
