This is a great house and literally two minute walk to the beach. The pool is large and very clean. The house is clean, spacious, and more kitchen items for cooking then I have ever seen. My only complaint would be the Tiki Bar out back would have been nice to use, but the floor and bar had grease and food spills all over it. I would still stay here again. We were even able to check in early and phone calls were answered and issues taken care of.

We enjoyed our stay at Tiki Time in Destin in august. The closeness to the beach was awesome! And the pool and backyard area were fabulous! Perfect size for the 10 of us. The first day we were there, we tried to use the grill that was provided and noticed it was quite old and beat up. They must have know it was time to replace it and even without us calling to ask about it, the next day, they dropped off a brand new grill which we used several times the rest of the week. Overall, the house was nice though we thought that the bottom level could use some updating. Also, we thought we wouldn't mind the 2 separate entrances (one for the upstairs and two for the bottom level) but we found that this did not suit our family well (too much running up and down the outside stairs). We loved the balcony on the upper level and had breakfast and coffee there every morning and could look out to the beach and check the flag without leaving the house. Overall it was a nice place.

The house had a great location and a nice pool. The kids loved the bunkroom. The outside staircase to access the 2nd floor is somewhat annoying, especially for families with small kids. Parking was very tight for 4 cars. The house was large enough from a square footage stand point however it was not the most efficient layout. It is apparent that this was orignally a permenant resident house that someone converted into a rental property and they sort of wedged extra bedrooms and bathrooms into wherever they could. I'm also not sure why I had to check in at the Southern Resorts office when all they did at the office was give me the access code to the keyless entry. Why could the access code not been emailed to me with my arrival instructions? Overall the house was as advertised and we enjoyed out stay!
