The view was wonderful, as we knew it would be. We saw dolphins every day and were even inspired to try stand up paddle boards ourselves. We didn't want to leave! We actually stayed an extra day and are so glad we did. We will definitely be back.

We stayed with our large extended family including children and grandchildren...What a great time we had. The amenities (workout center, pool, parking, etc.) were outstanding. Hardly knew other guests were present. Very quiet and well maintained facility...will definitely make this a regular trip...you won't regret spending your vacation here!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was very convenient to check in and out and it wss like staying in a nice home away from home. All the conveniences were there. We loved waking up to the beautiful ocean views!!!

Very nice unit with plenty of room. Nice kitchen and bedrooms: master is really nice with access to balconey.The unit is nicely decorated. A few minor things need to be repaired or upgraded,but that is to be expected. Would definately stay there again. Best of all, it's in Navarre!

we stay one week and we enjoy the beautifull views from the large balcony. Recommended for families. Beach is super. Close to Pensacola Beach and Destin.

We stayed a week in September, the first day of Fall was the week we were there. It was 5 adults and 1 child. The weather was fantastic, it only rained 2 mornings while we were there and then by lunch the sun was out. The temp every day was around 90 and at night in the 60's, perfect!!! The Sand Sculpting Festival was going on then as well and that was amazing!!! The beaches are clean and uncrowded, the room was wonderful, you cant beat the view on the 14th floor. For someone who has never been to Navarre, as we had not, I highly recommend this area! There is plenty of places to eat and shop, it is an easy drive to Pensacola, Fort Walton and Destin. We hope to spend many more family vacations in this area

Typically, we have leased space in on of the 4 unit condos on Navarre Beach. So, being 14 floors above the beach was a new experience. We could see sting rays and perhaps a small shark looking down into the water. The unit was comfortable for 6. The elevators were efficient. Not so happy with the competition for space on the beach, but we couldn't have everything. Lot of algae in the surf, but that's life.

We've visited Navarre Beach many times in the past, but this is the first time to stay at Summerwind 1405. The service from making reservations to check in was very good, with any questions or concerns answered. The condo was very nice and comfortable. We loved the balcony and view and the location was very handy for any shopping that was needed. The pools were nice to relax around when you wanted time away from the beach. We definitly will try to stay here in the future
