Absolutely amazing,secluded location.Loved amenities-pool,tennis court,lake,basketball court,bar-b-que grills,shade trees.Very family oriented.Staff was very friendly & accomodating.Loved the beautiful white sand beaches,had a great vacation.

Southern Resorts gave us great service overall, the only thing that was a little irritating was the $40 fee per day for the tram for the beach and tennis court usage. We did not use those amenities and when we got there they offered the tram but didn't mention a charge for it, but still...Condo was lovely, didn't have bedding for pull out but rental co brought it a few hours later when called. Rental company was great, one rude person when I called to mention a couple of things that needed repair (just didn't want to get charged for them)but everyone else I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Loved, loved loved that it was quiet, not in a high rise and had walking paths and fountains. Pool was great, close enough to condo, but far away enough to not hear the noise. Beach was close enough for our family, but I could see where the tram would come in handy. Didn't like that beach umbrellas were set up by a company early in the morning so if you set up your own and wanted to be near the water you would be either in the water or crowding in front of someone. But guess that's typical for most resorts. This is the first time I've worked with a rental co and not owner. Owners seem to have more extras (boogie boards, beach chairs, etc.) for usage, but would use Southern Resorts again. We had a great vacation!

Hidden Dunes is a great place for family. The cottages were great, the pool is large. Have stayed in the cottages many times. the location to the Blvd. Publix, the outlet mall, is all within one mile from Hidden Dunes.

It was great! The cottage, pools, and beach were beautiful. I felt very safe being their with the children while my husband had to stay back home and work. We plan on going back as soon as we get another break. The beach and pools were not as crowded as other places we have stayed in the past. My boys enjoyed the basketball court. We've finally found our perfect little beach getaway.
