Great trip right before school started. Pool was kind of small, only 4 feet deep at most

My family really enjoyed staying at this condo. The elevator and trash shute was very close and the pool and beach access was directly across from the elevator entrance. Great for anyone with small children or elderly parents. The only problem we had was the lower bunk bed mattress needs to be replaced and it was hard to access the bar because the table was too close. The unit was very nice otherwise and I would recommend to anyone.

My family went to Destin over the 4th of July week and had a wonderful time. The condo suited our needs and was in a great location, especially for the fireworks. The only negative that I have was that the condo was in need of a heavy spring cleaning. The ceiling fans, walls, doors and kitchen cabinets were filthy. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a good 6+ months .. possible longer. The rest of the condo was very well kept. It also needs some general repairs, most specifically, the handle needs to be replaced on the sliding glass door off the living room. The door was very heavy and with the handle missing (on the outside) our kids could not open and close it. Don't let these remarks keep you from renting they are easy to fix and hopefully should be repaired/cleaned soon after this review.

This was our second year to stay at Gulf Dunes and once again, we really enjoyed our visit. The view from the balcony is excellent and we especially like that the balcony in this unit extends across to the master bedroom. The condo was very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay.

I always love staying in Gulf Dunes, this is one of the nicest condo's I've stayed in. As always the view was amazing, I love sleeping on the balcony listening to the ocean and waking up each morning to see dolphins jumping and playing. I pray the oil doesn't ruin the beauty of Destin for too long :(

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Dunes #613. The balcony view was great,we saw dolphins swimming from our balcony. Everyone wants to go back next year.

This was our first time to stay at Gulf Dunes but it is in a great location, and we enyoyed our stay.The view of the beach from our balcony was awsome!! Thank you Gulf Dunes and Southern Resorts for a great vacation!!

Everything about this home was excellent with one exception. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and we had a cigar smoker on a close balcony about 5 times a day. Although this detracted from our enjoyment we learned to not be on the balcony when he was smoking and to close our doors when necessary. We will return to this unit.

Loved the unit. Gulf front view is beautiful. Seems to be in the process of updating. Some walls need paint, some have been painted. Some furnishings are new, some need replacing. On it's way to becoming a beautiful, updated condo. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time renting a condo, and we'll certainly do it again. We loved just walking out the door onto the beach. In our group, we had kids from 2-18, and they all had fun--the little ones loved the pool the best, the older ones the beach and the volleyball. The condo itself was well-designed. The balcony was wonderful!
