This place is absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for our group; the full deck and beach view are probably the biggest perks. Only complaint was the air conditioner on one side of the unit was broken when we arrived, so it was pretty hot the first night. They sent someone to fix it the next morning. Would definitely recommend the rental!

When we were growing up we would drive to Panama City Beach each summer with a group of moms and daughters. On my mother's 75th birthday it was her wish that my sisters and I spend a week with her in Panama City Beach to celebrate her birthday. All of her dreams came true in this beautiful Vrbo rental. Her master suite was her haven, and a luxurious getaway for her. We spent hours together on the amazing wrap around balcony. My sister uses a wheelchair. The entire penthouse was very accessible for her. We relaxed, reconnected, and doted on mom in this comfortable and spacious condo. The parking passes and beach chairs that were included in the rental fee were even more helpful than we had anticipated. This birthday trip for my mom was perfect and a dream come true for her. We were thrilled with the condo, and would not look further if we are able to all get away again in Panama City Beach together.

the condo was just beautiful...awesome view..everything we needed...loved the big picnic table...water pressure was okay..tile floor needs to be washed and street noise goes on much too long into the night...otherwise, we all had a super time.

My family of 4, my brother & his wife, my parents and in-laws all stayed together in this BEAUTIFUL condo. The balcony alone is worth the money. All of us loved our accomodations and enjoyed having dinner overlooking the ocean. Also, the kitchen is WELL stocked for a rental so you shouldn't need anything. Now that that has been said, we did have a few issues... there were several lights (overhead & lamps) that had blown bulbs, some of which we replaced. The master bedroom DVD player did not work. Although everything else was wonderful, I did notice that the floors had not been mopped. They were clean from sand and debree but I noticed that after kicking my shoes off to unpack, my feet were dirty within a short amount of time. This was also noticed by others. I have shared this information with the owner and was told it would be taken care of for the future. SO.... please do not let this keep you from enjoying this beautiful condo. All of my family members agreed that they'd do it again in a heart beat. I'd recommend it to anyone!! :)

I would highly recomend this condo to anyone that has a large family. This place was extremely great and very beautifully decorated. The Southern Resort staff and the owner were a pleasure to do business with. We only had one small issue and they were quick to fix the problem. We will for sure be trying our best to stay here again next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. J.M. Louisiana

we had a great stay,,,was amazing room, we had my 82 year old mom with us we wanted this to be a vacation to remenber and it was.. ty for a wonderfull time, the owner of this condo was very kind to us. only thing i did understand is why i had to pay 16.00 for a parking pass, it was a 4 bedroom penthouse and ther is no way that a family of 10 could ride in 2 cars.. just didnt think that was right to charge for a third pass... but we enjoyed our stay.
