Grand Caribbean West #114 ~ Condo For Rent in Perdido Key, FL

Gc 114 West was the perfect place for us in early april 2013. It is clean, well maintained and well equipped kitchen-wise although we had limited time actually in the condo. A/c and tv's were more than adequate. Location-wise it is great with a 2 minute walk to the beach and central to Orange beach and W. Pensacola which was important to us. Also, PointeSouth did a good job with communications and prep for our stay. It was very easy getting in and out. Would recommend for sure if you don't want to pay for beachfront but being close to the beach is important.

We enjoy the lovely beach at the back of the condo...the quiet area..near grocery stores, banks, and churches and library...Within a short drive to Pensacola, Fairhope. Golf Shores etc. We were happy with our condo and always had help from the staff if we needed anything...We have booked again for next year...Interested to see that the cleaning fee almost doubled from last year..hope the cleaning staff are getting the increase...Thankyou for a good holiday...

We have been Pointe South customers for about 13 years and still come back to them because of the people. Some things have changed, but they seem to still hire the best folks around. Cara and Kim continue to answer stupid questions and help in any and everyway they can. Oh and the condo, it is great too. We have decided we like the first floor units for ease of getting junk to the beach. Condo was well furnished and clean. We grill fresh seafood almost every night we are there and the new grill set up is great. It used to be right out the back door, but now there is an area with 4 grills and tables for "community" cooking which we enjoy. We will be back for sure soon and have found our 1br when we don't have any extra folks and need more rooms.

This was a good unit for families. My husband had training at NaS Pensacola so my four kids and I hung out at the beach while he went to work. It was a fairly short drive for him and it was a much more affordable than anything I could find in Pensacola close to the water. It was about 150yds to the beach and the water was very kid friendly! My only complaint was that it was a very tight squeeze using the sofa sleeper with the big coffee table. If we didn't need six beds it would have been fine. Overall good value and we would definetly visit again.

Nice room, with 3 children the full kitchen and washer/dryer are very convienent, nice room, patio, used the grill, kids played on lawn. Pool was nice, the walk to the beach is a little long but very managable. The children liked the bunk beds. only 1 bath.

Overall a great spot. Well located. Good price. Beach was close by. Restaurants in walking distance. Park in walking distance. Short drive to touristy type entertainment if you need some action.

We were pleasantly surprised with our accomadations!!! We had one goal in mind and that was to relax. We made the short walk to the beach several times a day. We will definitely stay here again!!! This was our first trip to Perdido Key and will definitely visit again!! The bed was very comfortable.

I was looking for a room where my wife and I could have privacy from the kids. This was the perfect solution. We had our private bedroom and the kids had bunk beds. Pool was only 100 feet from back door as well as a very short walk to beach. Unit had everything we needed including washer and dryer. Location was also good. The immediate area is more relaxed. For more to do, go 10 miles in either direction to Pensacola or Orange Beach.
