Furnished tastefully. Well equipped kitchen minus the broken coffeemaker The dryer was an issue. It took 1-2 hrs per small load. With 7 adults and 4 children, we did laundry all day and night. Could have used more towels and washcloths. Cleanliness was fair. Srong smell of fish on the furniture. Dirt in the corners and ceiling fans. Loved location. Neighbors banged on doors the first 4 nites. Never saw anyone that worked there. No services offered or received

The condo worked out perfectly. The location was good and comfortable. I would stay here again.

My family, along with my in-laws and brother-in-law's family rented Unit 505. In total we had 6 adults and 5 teenagers and the condo was worked out well for us. We stayed out on the beach most of the day, but when we were in the condo, it was very comfortable for all. I would rent thsi condo again.

We liked their attention to cleanliness all around the property. Plenty of room for 10 in the 4 BR unit. Very nice beach guy---John.

My family stayed here from Dec. 26, 2010 through Jan, 1, 2011. There were 7 of us and we had a wonderful time in Destin. The Condo was great. We did have a couple of issues with the kitchen sink drain and the dishwasher drain but was quickly repaired by the maintenance man, even on New Years Day. The management of the condo could not have been more professional and polite. I would not hesitate staying there again.

I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. It was very nicely decorated, and well equipped for our stay. It had every utensil you could think of as well as plenty of plates, cups, ect. We only cooked a couple of breakfasts, but would have had no trouble cooking full meals. The view as absolutely beautiful, and it was right on the beach. Being able to put your beach toys, floats, etc in the storage area on the beach was great also. The only reason I wouldn't give this the highest rating is because the dryer was a little slow to dry, and if we had had more than six people, we would have had to wash the towels everyday. We could have used some more washclothes as well. The swimming pool was a little on the small side, but was fine with us. I wouldn't definately stay here again and highly recommend to others.
