It was a great stay. It had a great view. Nice and quiet with a great pool.

We enjoyed our stay. My only issue was the fact that it was a smoking allowed unit. I didn't notice this when I booked it. We could smell the smoke every time we came into the unit. Other than that we had a great time. The location of the property was great. The beach was never crowded. The pool was also fun. My kids enjoyed the pool as much as the beach. The condo is in an excellent location. It is next to a convenience store with Redbox rentals. On the other side of the store was Peg Leg Pete's. Southern Resorts was great to work with. When we arrived someone was parked in our designated parking space. Southern Resorts assigned us another space temporarily until the other car was moved. They made sure the other car was moved and let us know when we could have our space back. They were very helpful and responsive even though it was a Sunday afternoon and the local office was closed.

Unit was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you might possibly need. Grateful that owners are willing to make this unit available. Have always been happy with Southern Resort rentals.

We had an absolutely fabulous time. Everything went as we expected from check in to check out. The resort was great and we had a great time. Will definitely use Southern Resorts again.

This condo was excellent...very nice furnishings, nice view of the beach. A good restaurant within walking distance and a little store next to it. We had a great week! The people at Southern Resorts Vacation Rentals were very friendly and handled our reservation and check-in, check-out well!

Condo was clean and nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Had vacation with another couple and we all loved it. The view was spectacular. Usually stay in Destin but will be back to the Emerald Dolphin instead.

A great lay out in this very well cared for two bedroom condominium. Lots of privacy in each bedroom and excellent view of the ocean. A fabulous piazza close to the pelicans. The beach is a few steps away and fantastic. Also very close to "Flounders Restaurant" which is a great asset as well. I would definitely stay in #620 again if I go that way.

The condo and furnishing were very nice even if the weather was a little cool. Everything we expected and more was there upon arrival. Very clean and well kept. Check in was quick and helpful. We enjoyed the location, close enough, yet far enough away. The Lowery"s
