Emerald Beach 934 ~ Condo in Panama City Beach Florida

we loved the unit, the staff was pleasant & informative. we loved the security. even though remodeling was going on,we had a very pleasant stay highly recommended..

Very nice, clean and roomy with a wonderful view of the beaches. We got this condo at the last minute and Southern Resorts is the bomb to work with.We have used them twice now and we have nothing but wonderful things to say. We will be using them again soon, I'm sure.

weather was great, fishing was good ,,beach was in good shape and enjoyable to be on,our condo was well equipped and clean,lots to do.

My husband and I rented this condo in mid-May. We got the $70/night rate which was the most affordable we found at Emerald Beach! The condo was very spacious and comfortable! It was not very crowded this time of year and was a very relaxing place to be! Loved our stay! We would recommend this to anyone!

Emerald Beach resort is beautiful...w/all the comforts of home in the condo! April isn't ideal weather, thank goodness for the heated pools! The unit it's self was great, decor was lovely. I always leave a lil something when I stay in a condo..this one didn't have any pot holders...my contribution! This would/will be a place I recommend to all my friends and family members...thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our visit to Emerald Beach so much we are planning another visit in the Spring. The condo had all the amenities of home, just a much better view! The only complaint I would have would be that the tenants before us did not take out their trash, we had to take it out!

Have rented from Southern Resorts in both Destin and P.C. for about 10 yrs. now and am never disappointed. I have always received great service. Emerald Beach was a very nice condo, nicely decorated, great view, good location. Had no elevator trouble like you read from most of the newer condo reviews except on Fri. afternoon during the check-in hours they got very slow. Great pool (on the few days we had sun and could enjoy it!). A little bit of a hike to get to the parking garage but a very nice bar/skybridge to walk through. All in all, a great place for the price.

Great place to stay. Rooms were very clean. Location was great. Only issue that I had were the elevators were very slow...Overall I would come back again and the price was great when on a budget

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and convenient to everything. We loved the view! Also, check in & out was made so easy! Everyone was so friendly and helpful....we would recommend Emerald Beach to anyone looking for a nice and affordable beach vacation! We hope to visit again soon!!!!

We had a very memorable stay at Emerald Beach while at Panama City Beach. Our Condo was very clean and neat and had all the amenities of home. The view was marvelous! We spoke with Jennifer of Southern Resorts Vacation Rentals and she was very informable on the condo and beach area. Emerald Beach is very close to several good resturants and shopping. Pier Park is a great place to shop or just walk around and listen to the live music. I loved using the parking structure everyday, it helped keep our car cool. Upon arriving at Emeral Beach, we did not know that it was also part of Wyndham Resorts there was some confusion on our part if we were at the correct condo. We enjoyed working with Southern Resorts Vacation Rentals, they were very plesant and helpful. We would use their services again.

It was relaxing and people were nice.

We had a great time! We didn't even have to check in because the unit has keyless entry. The unit was available early and check out was as simple as a phone call.
