We had a great time at this unit. The furniture and kitchen cabinets and counter tops seem new. The view is fantastic! The 2 pools and jacuzzie was excellent. We love walking down the beautiful garden to the beach. We will come back again.

I called the company concerning a telemarketing scheme that was tied into checking out. We now have a 75.00 charge on our credit car. When I called I was told I would receive a call from a manager but I have not. I was very disappointed because we had planned to use this company for the future. We loved the Edgewater Resort.

The service was excellent! No complaints! The staff at Southern Vacation Rentals are informative, helpful and will assist you with whatever you need to make you stay more pleasurable. This condo is absolutly perfect! It was very clean, spacious, and beautiful...very much like home! I honestly don't think there is anything i would suggest that needs changing. This condo is located in the perfect location. Winn Dixie, CVS Pharmacy, other stores are just across the street! It's about a 2 min drive to the outlet mall! Not a far drive to the water park! It's just all around perfect!!! We can't wait to go back!

Grandma, 2 daughters, 2 granddaughters. Accomodations were very clean and acceptable to all ages. The entire visit was relaxing and enjoyable and the beach access was wonderful, the beach was also very clean. Pool area was also very much enjoyed by all. The staff at Southern Vacation Rentals was very helpful in the resevation process.

We have stayed in this area for many years and Edgewater is always a great location. It was our first time renting through VBO but everything went smoothly and would do it again. Our children love the 2 pools and the grounds are always well kept. The condo was in excellent condition, very clean and not "tired looking" like some condos after many guests have stayed. All new cabinets and granite counter tops will nice contempory decorating. We would stay here again!
