This cottage was nice to stay in the owners were easy to deal with and rosemary is a great place. The management company that handles the property were not great. The management company did not provide the pool pass that is needed to go to any of the pools in Rosemary (and we were asked every day by employees for our pass...thankfully they did not kick us out of the pools) and the property manager guaranteed me that the home would have a gas grill (so we brought food to grill) and none was present.
We are delighted you and your family had a nice time at Dixie Cottage. It is always a joy to hear when our guests enjoyed one of our properties. I sincerely apologize for any miss information given to you by our property manager. I can understand how frustrating that would be. Since your stay we have looked into your concerns to make sure it will not happen again. Pool bands should have been left in your room and I apologize they were not. In the future please let us know right away and we will have someone from our staff bring those over to you immediately.
