Destin Towers 91 ~ Destin Florida Vacation Condo

The unit had everything needed to make our stay one of comfort and relaxation. Our expectations were met and the view of the ocean and beach from the balcony was beautiful. If you want to shop until you drop or find areas to explore this is the location.

The pluses: Great location in Destin, lots of windows, wonderful view, clean beach, safe/close parking, mostly secured premises, adequate unit square footage, nice appliances, roomy kitchen, smaller/private complex, good size balcony, responsive/respectful Southern Resorts staff. The minuses: No blankets on beds in second bedroom when we arrived, shortage of washcloths/hand towels, frig door opens the wrong way (should be left hand swing into kitchen work space), TV broke during first week, only 2 useable coffee cups on arrival, shortage of dinner forks, living room furniture worn and needed shampooing or replacing, really noisy/taped together a/C unit (appears it might break down anytime - we reported this), very uncomfortable dining room chairs, no place mats to protect wooden table top, worn-out pillows on master bed, torn cushion on balcony chairs, way too hot hot tub, never ever anyone manning the front office to ask quesitons, building front door and beach gate were unsecured at least 90% of the time, given wrong driveway gate code when we arrived (this happened the last time we stayed there, too) All the shortcomings were reported and resolved, except the unsecured gate/door, living room furniture, unmanned front office, backwards frig door, and too-too hot hot tub.

The room was wonderful, the view was beautiful, but the water at the time we went was horrible! the algae was everywhere and we even found tar balls! Thank goodness the room was great, cause we sure spent some time in it!

My wife and I stayed at Destin Towers #91 from September 13th through September 17th for our honeymoon. It was a wonderful, relaxing and beautiful stay. The staff at Southern Resorts was excellent to work with. We will definately stay with Southern Resorts and hopefully at Destin Towers again.

Breathtaking view of the Ocean! Right on the beach! Sounds of the wave 24/7!!! Spectacular!!! We ate our breakfast on the balcony over looking the beach every morning. The condo was very spaciou well appointed but the couch could be replaced in the very near future...the springs were rather worn! The TV in the den would not allow us to get cable so we called maintenane to come work on it a couple of different times...condo needs new TV in the den. The refridgerator started dripping water onto the shelves and we constantly had to wipe it out. Every time we called Southern Resorts with an "issue" about the condo, they were quick to try and take care of the problem. Southern went so far as to give us a complimentary Dinner cruise for 2 since we'd had problems with the condo. We wouldn't hesitate to book through Southern Resorts for our next vacation to Destin.

I would recommend this place, wholly, 100%. The room was newly rennovated, clean, spacious and well decorated. It truely felt like our home away from home while we were on vacation. They had all the amminities we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. They even had toddler side panels for the bed so the kiddos wouldn't fall out! The only regret I have is that we didn't stay longer!!! I definetely plan to vacation again at this condo, in this vacation spot.

We had 8 girls stay at Destin Towers # 91 from April 30 - May 2. The condo is actually prettier in person than it is in the photos! Everything was so well taken care of, the view from the balcony was amazing, and the master bathroom was to die for!! Every aspect exceeded our expectations and my best friend had a bachelorette weekend she’ll never forget. The only issue we had was the gate code I was sent didn’t work and we had to call the service phone number to get another one. I would highly recommend Destin Towers # 91!!!

My Southern Resorts Representative was very informative & helpful. He helped me pick out the perfect condo for my needs. The condo was well appointed, in a good location, & very clean. We had a great time. The only problem we had was that the gate code I was given did not work.

My husband and I with our 2 kids, my sister and her family and my parents all stayed in this condo for Labor Day weekend. We were very impressed with the condo. It was very well kept, very clean, the bathrooms were very nice, the kitchen also very nice with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The view was beautiful and the balcony was large. The master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The kids slept on the sofa bed and it was good for them. The beds in the guest room are not very comfortable, but not any worse than a hotel room bed. The pool was a perfect size and kept very clean. The beach was right behind the pool area, so just a few steps away from the condo. This made it so easy to go up from the beach to eat lunch in the condo and come back to the beach. The guy who took care of the beach service was very friendly and helpful. The beach was absolutley gorgeous and definitely our favorite beach in the states. Dining, shopping and entertainment are all close to the condo. I would highly recommend staying at Destin Towers #91. I would also highly recommend coming to Destin Fl as well. Great family spot, that is kept clean with tons to do and beautiful beaches!!

We had a great week in Destin. The condo was great. I really loved the floor plan. I loved being right on the beach. I would recommend staying there. I hope to be back sometime next year.

Stayed for a week with four teenagers. Perfect location. Plenty of activities for the kids. Beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this condo for families with active teens.
