This condo was very clean and comfortable. I will have to say the view from the balcony was by far the best!! Our first two nights were upsetting, as there were tenants in the condo next door (407) who were loud and partying all night. (We should have called security sooner) After these tenants left, we were able to relax and enjoy our much needed vacation.

We enjoyed relaxing, walking and exploring Destin. Our condo #406 at the Magnolia House was very clean and comfortable and the owners were very accomodating and helpful. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and seeing the sunsets and dolphins was very enjoyable. The service we received and the friendliness of the staff was very helpful. Security was excellent as we walked many times around the complex and the surrounding area. Shopping offered any type of shopping a person could want from typical T-shirt shops to regular shopping and outlets. The only criticism we have is the construction of putting on new locked doors--wish it could have been done in a more off-season time, as it was quite noisy from early morning until sometimes 7 PM at night. If we come back to Destin again we would definitely want to rent this place.

We had a great stay, only wish it could have been longer! The view from the condo was amazing! The location was very convenient to local restraunts and attractions but far enough away to have a nice quiet relaxing time. The only complaint we had was the sliding glassdoors. Our neighbors were going in and out constantly and it sounded like thunder in our room. That is something beyond the control of the renters though and was just our luck for this trip. It will not stop us from staying again. The community and beach are beautiful and worth the stay!

This was our first trip to Destin without our children or any other family. We only needed a 1 bedroom condo and this one was perfect. The free WiFi and free beach set up with 2 chairs and umbrella was an additional savings. We had a great week and loved this condo as well as Destin Pointe.

We had a very nice time here. We used this as a stopover on our way back from a cruise out of Tampa back to the Dallas area. We enjoyed our stay but was confused as we thought there would be chairs on the beach for us, but we didn't find any and the beach is really rather a long walk!

Our stay was wonderful. We received prompt and courteous service both with making the arrangements and with checking in. The unit was located right on the sands of Holiday Isle, Destin and was so much more than we had hoped for. We had beautiful views of the beach and water, and convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. I would highly recommend this listing.
