Pensacola Beach Vacation Condo ~ Deep Water Cove #202

Very good value and location. We could walk to the beach and downtown.

We had an amazing stay!!! Walking distance to everything and private access to the beach. Nice condo only issue the condo under us let there big dogs swim in the pool. Will be back to stay again.

This place was beautiful! Great location-in between the ocean and the bay. A great unexpected surprise was the air show and the Blue angels performing. We had a perfect view from the pool or our front deck. The neighbors were very polite and helpful. (even shared some of their bbq) Over all very satisfied with the room. Lots to do, we went parasailing, dolphin finding, and fishing. I also recommend visiting the local zoo-you are able to pet and interact with almost every animal.

The place was nice, big and clean. It was located in a great spot. Would stay here again.

The place was in a good location. close to everything, and a short walk to the beach. Nice and clean. One shower was broken, but we got by with just one. (no problem) We were locked out once, but one quick call and the code on the door was changed, and we got right in. I would rent the place again, and would rent from Southern vacation rentals again.

Great location - we were able to walk across the street to a beautiful white sand beach. The rental was very nice - it had a roomy, well set up kitchen. Beautiful view of the sunset! The pool was very clean.

The location was great!!! There was a trail for running or walking in the morning and the beach was right across the street. Even though it was right around the corner from the beach hotspots, it was not loud at night. The apartment was all it was described to be with plenty of space and comfortable furniture. Internet was easy and accesible. The price was no more than a nightly stay at any suite in a hotel and you got so much more for the same amount of money. We ran on the trail every morning and everyone we passed along the way was so friendly. It made me want to move there. We walked to breakfast every morning and then spend the rest of the day on the beach or by the pool. It was great to have either option. I was extremely satisfied with our stay and I'm looking foward to staying there again!

Couldn't have asked for a better location...convenient to shops and right across from the fishing pier. The condo was nice and we met some very nice people who live there permanently. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the stairs. We were on the third floor and you had to use the outside stairs. Not a place for people with disabilities.

Loved staying here. The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach. Within walking distance to local restaurants, boardwalk, etc. The condo is older and the outside looks worn. I was a little leery due to the rust on the front door when we arrived. However, the inside was great. The kitchen was updated with granite. The master shower was tiled. It was easy to keep everything clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable. The pullout couch was older but it was alright. I was very happy to have a washer and dryer in our unit. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful, kids loved it. I would absolutely stay here again. I would highly recommend #202.

We stayed at this condo over a long weekend. Although it rained the entire time, we really enjoyed the accomodations. The condo was very nice and up to date. The kitchen was the best I've ever seen! We were close to several restaurants and stores, but across the street from the beach. However, with the rain, we didn't make it to the beach. We hope to stay here again!

The location was great. Best relaxing time I have ever had. My whole family just wanted to stay longer. We will definitely be back with repeat business with you. Very accomidating since we drove 20 hours from Nebraska straight through. Great that we could check in early.

Such a comforatble condo. Easy beach access. The Pensacola Beach Ball was right on the back porch. Lovely court yard/back yard with a lovely pool. Wish we could have stayed for the entire month. What a hidden treasure. Extremly clean, fit my whole family perfectly. Looking forward to booking next year!!!
