This was a great rental. The owners were very accommodating with the booking dates which we needed. The house had everything we needed and was very close to the beach. All in all wish I was still down there.

The pool was not clean . The chair was broken and my grandson fall.But overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Great accommodations, Great access to the beach. Great access to restaurants and entertainment. Best vacation I have ever taken. Can't wait to do it again.

Coconut Grove was the perfect place for our large family. The 2 floor plan is ideal for multiple families. I didn't realize until we got there that there was no access inside of the unit between floors. The short block to the beach really was a short block with the beach access gate directly across the road, We were a little frustrated with the check-in, as I was told on the pone prior to arrival that I would be emailed a key code. The code didn't work, and I had to then load my grandchildren back into the van and go to the office to check in. The did, however, refund my early check in fee. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean, and with only a few minor exceptions everything was in good, working condition. All of my family said they wold love to stay there again.
