Celadon Beach Resort 707 ~ Panama City Beach Florida Vacation Rental

We had a wonderful time during our stay despite having less than desirable weather. We were able to watch two fantastic fireworks displays that occurred during the Pier Park celebration from our balcony. The condo was very nice and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the heated pool and walking along the beach. We only had a few issues with the condo itself - the internet service was confusing & we could not get it to work. I found that the pillow cover was covered in make-up. A quick wash solved that problem. The coffee pot seemed to have a mind of its own. Over all, it was a great experience. We would consider this property when returning to the area.

The condo was just what I was looking for in a great getaway. Unit was clean, well stocked, and convenient location. I hope to get away to it again sometime. A great Christmas present to myself!

This was our first time staying in a property managed by Southern Resorts in Panama City. We have stayed at a property in Ft. Walton managed by Southern Resorts and chose Southern Resorts because of the convience and how friendly and helpful your staff has been. I can say that we recieved the same customer service as in the past and will continue to use Southern Resorts in the future. The property that we stayed at in Panama City was nice for the price that we payed for it. This place really had a lot of positive's going for it with very few negatives. The only real problem we had was that the remote didn't work in the living room, but it was actually kind of humorous watching our child getting to find out what the remote was when we were kids, he actually just pulled a chair next to the t.v., We had plenty of space and it was tastefully decorated. The location was really great for us. We have some friends that live in Seacrest Beach and visited there almost every day.

We loved our stay at Celadon 707. Very good location. Nice and quiet. Close to everything. Parking and amenities were great except the exercise room was unavailable. Pub heighth patio furniture would be great to see over the railing. Kitchen was a little small with very little drawer space. All in all a good rental. Southern resorts was great to work with as always.Thanks again SR staff.

The Celadon was fabulous. #707 was clean and comfortable and the Celadon's features were excellent. Beautiful white sandy beaches all day, and the heated outdoor pool and hot tub in the evening... we loved it. This was a great place for the kids. The customer service with Southern Resorts was outstanding. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Celadon Resort. The room was well decorated with a great view of the of the Gulf, and we would certainly consider a return trip. There are a few minor concerns that need to be addressed: The television remote continues to be nonfunctioning in spite of previous notices in reviews and in the guest book. We also would have liked to have the air conditioning a little cooler, but the air temperature would not respond to the thermostat setting. It would be helpful to have some explanation of getting a parking lot decal as the main lobby is closed on Sunday, the day we arrived, and the parking deck warns that all cars must have a permit. We also encountered difficulty in operating the internet connection and could only get it working after talking with the front desk. This could be explained in the instructions inside the condo. The last issue is unloading as there are no directions to the carts which are located on the second floor. It is great that there are two pools and hot tubs, and the beach entrance is easily located from the ground floor. These issues are fairly minor, and we did enjoy our stay and the location on the beach.

My husband and I stayed here Sept, 23-26, 2010. We usually stay across the street from the beach and really enjoyed actually staying on the beach!! It was great to be able to get up and open the door and hear the waves!! The remote for the living room would not work sometimes, but that is the only complaint. We are definitely considering staying in Celadon next year!!

The service was excellent from Southern Resorts. The unit was excellent:Clean and Well Maintained The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The building is located on the end of the strip. This means that it is away from the hustle of Pier Park(great for quiet)but close enough (approx 8/10 mile) to enjoy. Has Wonderful Beach area for guest to enjoy. It has TWO Great Swimming Pools.

Representatives at Southern Resorts Vacation Rentals were courteous and helpful each time we contacted them. It was nice to be able to initially correspond with the property owner who not only answered our questions promptly but provided an explanation of the rental process. We were pleased with the location of the Celadon. Although we did not venture far from the beach, the property was conveniently located near the supermakert!! It's close to the Pier for those who want to enjoy shopping and various eateries. We really liked the 7th floor view of the gulf from the lanai where we enjoyed sunsets in the evenings and cups of coffee in the mornings. Also, we were excited that beach services were still provided during our stay. The only inconvenience we experienced was transporting our belongings to and from the parking deck located across the street. The luggage carts are very helpful, but a loaded cart is difficult to move through so many doors. It would be great to have an automatic option to open both doors for ease of movement. Since we experienced a problem using the phone number provided for checking out of the property, we contacted Southern Resorts in lieu and the representative was most gracious.

We stayed at Celadon Labor Day weekend and it was great. The condo was nice, the amenities were great, and the beach was awesome! I would highly recomend this condo to anyone wishing to go to PCB and not get into all the traffic on the strip. It's close to Pier Park and grocery stores. We loved it. Ready to go back!

The condominium was very clean and well kept. The location was ideal for anyone who wants to spend their days at the beach. We were able to sit on the deck and watch our teenage children play in the water. We had an obunstructed view of the beach/ocean in every direction. The ocean is very shallow and very safe for children. Also, it was not too crowded and we very much enjoyed the 2 free (already set up) beach chairs that came with the room. The condominum is set up on the less crowded part of the city, but close enough to shopping to make it convenient. The only issue we had was with the sofa bed, which has had it's day and needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the furnishings were beautiful and current. It was so wonderful that we called Southern Resorts to see if we could stay an additional night. They said it was available but claimed they had to charge us for the "one night" fee (nearly double the rate we were paying) even though we had stayed there all week. We thought this was poor customer service, and decided not to stay the additional night for that reason. All in all, our family loved it, and my teenage sons want to return next year!

We enjoyed staying at the Celadon. Our room was extremely clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the complimentary beach chairs we used during our vacation stay. We would recommend Celadon to any of our friends & family.

My family and I stayed in a southern resorts property in Panama City Beach and Destin. We received the best customer service and the accomodations were perfect. What was surprising is that the cost was less than staying in a hotel chain. Overall a superior rating from me and my family! We will definitely stay at a southern resorts property again! Me, my wife and son stayed at this condo and thought it was great, we couldn't have asked for anything better. The decor was very modern and up to date. The condo was also very clean and spacious. My son loved the bunk beds in the hall and that he had his own bathroom separate from ours. The view was beautiful both day and night. The pools were very nice and the beach at Celadon was very clean. The resort was also very family oriented. It was in a great location the traffic was not bad and it was very close to Pier Park and many other attractions. The only problem we had was that the DVD on the TV in the living room was not working. Thank you for the great stay at your property, we had so much fun.

Our stay was just right. the room was nice and clean. Only thing wrong was that the dryer door would not stay shut. but other than that every thing was great.

Found this condo on a web sight called vrbo,great place!We went march 23rd thru march 29th.It is a nice place for a family vac,there were no partying it was very quiet.The condo itself was awesome!Wonderful ocean view, not to high nor to low,just cant say enough great things about this condo.Indoor pool was nice for rainy days and love the hot tub too.keyless entry is nice also.........just loved it and sure you will to.

Me, my husband and our 2 children stayed at Celadon for a long weekend. Our trip was perfect for the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The unit was very nice, modern and well equiped, not to mention the awesome view! Having 2 young kids we found the bunk beds and 2nd bathroom a great bonus. The best extra feature was the beach chairs and umbrella rental was included in the price. I would definately stay here again.
