Cassine Station 301 ~ Seagrove Beach, FL Rental Condo

Our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back next summer! The beach was literally right across the street and easy to get to. Family and I rented bikes, played on the beach, and enjoyed the local restaurants.

We fell in love with Seagrove Beach on our first trip last Thanksgiving so we decided to bring our grown kids and grandkids this year. Everyone loved the condo and the beach so much we have decided to come for a week in the summer. Southern Resorts makes the whole thing so easy.

Even though this condo is across the street from the beach, it is such an accessible walk that we didn't mind a bit. There was a reliable and fairly priced beach service right at the beach access across the street. Two of the bedrooms are very spacious and quite pretty. Be aware the third bunk bedroom is really small and probably only appropriate for small children. This is an unbelievable value, though, and we will surely return.

I decided to do something different this year for my birthday and went online for a vacation rental. I am so happy I lucked upon Southern Resorts rentals. The website did not do justice for our actual condo "Cassine Station #301." My entire stay was wonderful, even with the kids. They enjoyed the room they were in. We adults enjoyed the balcony privacy. Another plus that everything was in walking distance. The beach was right across the street and shopping areas were close by too. I have had nothing but good things to say about my "birthday weekend" and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks Southern Resorts for having such a pleasant staff that made sure that all of my needs were met. Hats off to each of you.

We are a Texas family of five (kids ages 14, 10, and 5) who took our first-ever trip to the beach. We contacted Southern Resorts about a rental property in the Santa Rosa area, but when the agent found out that we had a five-year-old, she offered this property. Not only was it closer to the beach, it was even less expensive than our first choice. Seriously, the satellite view on Google makes it look like the beach is much further away than it really is. As it turns out, it's barely a city block. I'd say it's a 3 minute walk from the property. The property itself is gorgeous! After a long day of travel, we were greeted by an immaculate condo and a nice, cool A/C setting. Our 14 year old got a bedroom to himself while our other two gladly shared the room with the bunkbeds. (Nice touch: they have a TV/VCR combo in that room along with a basket full of children's movies.) The master suite is very comfortable...with a huge bathroom, a large shower, and doors that open to the private balcony. And let's not forget the jetted tub! All the bedrooms have a TV and DVD (or VCR) setup...as does the comfy den. The kitchen is very large and proved to be the perfect place for "Daddy's Diner" with the kids sitting at the counter while Dad fixed a light supper each night. (Tip: There's a Publix Grocery Store less than two miles north on Highway 395. With budget in mind, we purchased simple items for breakfast and supper....and saved our "dining out" money for lunch at the many excellent choices around Seagrove Beach.) If you've always thought a rental property would be more expensive than a hotel, let me convince you otherwise right now. You can't get a 1500 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath hotel room for this price. It's literally all the comforts of home. We even packed half as many clothes because of the large washer/dryer available just off the kitchen. So, if you're budget-minded, beach-bound, and seeking comfort...THIS IS IT! My friends and I went and stayed at the Cassine Station June 27-July 4th, and we were blown away. The place was awesome, pictures don't do it justice. There was nothing that we could have a complaint for. Not only was the condo very nice, the area is perfect for a family or a group of friends. It is only 20 minutes from Panama City. Seagrove beach is a very nice, upkept place. I am defintely staying there again next year. Thank you Southern Resorts for making this an awesome vacation!!
