Casa by the C ~ Destin Florida Vacation Home Rental

The only faults were in the gameroom - every pool cue had tip broken off. Also, the "welcome book" was hidden under the sink and wasnt found until hours before check out, it had good info but not if you cant find it. On the plus was the immediate response we got on a/C issue. Would definately stay again! Most of our party had never visited the gulf and were in awe of beach, and the accomodations!

We loved the home and it was perfect for the size of our extended family. We did have to rely on the bottom kitchen b/c it had the most items to cook with. My only complaint was the bathroom on third floor was not completely clean but the family that was staying up there didn't call and let ya'll know. The house was really close to the beach, alot closer than we thought. The bedrooms were alot bigger than you saw on line...perfect size. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I stayed in this house with 16 family members aged 4 to 78 and we all had a fabulous time. This is a beautifully decorated home in a perfect location.

Out College Group from church has been coming to the beach for the past 3 years for our Winter Retreat. We have stayed here at Casa by the C 2 of those3 years and we love it!! It is a beautiful place to stay convenient to the gorgeous beaches and area attractions. It has really made this event a success for our folks. We will certainly be back year after year!!

Casa by the C was an amazing house. The pictures online do not do it justice. Everything was larger than it appeared online and extremely nice. The house was fully stocked. We had 15 people staying in the house comfortably. There was no eating area large enough for all of us to sit together but we adapted. The only negative was the game room was not as nice as we anticipated that it would be. It truly is just a garage with a pool table, poker table & tv. The air conditioner did not work while we were there so our guys never used it. Even with the game room issue, we would definitely stay there again & recommend it to friends.

The house was awesome. Design and construction were top of the line. Very Clean. Excellent response by Southern Resorts (we could not get dvd to play). Location was very close to ocean with ease of entrance. Theater Room was the Bomb! I can't imagine a nicer place in Destin!

The house was perfect for our family gathering. There was plenty of space for everyone. My family of twenty enjoyed the three different levels of the house. There was a kitchen and a living room area on each level, so everyone could pretty much do what ever they wanted. What can I say there was alot of cooking going on since there were three kitchens lol. I would difinetly recommend this house for all family gathering. I wouldn't be suprised if my family and I would be staying there again.

Our family trip included my husband and me, our four grown children and spouses and our 6 grandchildren. We chose a house versus condos so we could put small children to bed and adults and older kids could enjoy time together. The spacious, beautiful house was perfect. Kitchens on each floor helped each family to take care of their own needs but still allowed for wonderful group family time. The beach was an easy, short walk. The coded key entrance is great for large groups. Short drive to lots of shopping, golf and food.

The house was awesome. The only thing missing is a small pool or hottub. Add this and we would stay there every summer.

What can I say, Casa by the C is the total family vacation home rental. My family and I had wonderful time. We have been traveling to Destin for a family vacation for the past 4 years and Casa by the C was the best so far. The home was very spacious, clean, and relaxing not to mention it has 3 levels and a working kitchen on each. I would have given it 5 stars but we had problems with ovens on the 1 and 3 floors, other than that excellent.

Our family of 15 enjoyed staying at Casa by the C very much. The layout of the home was perfect - all teenagers could be on one floor. Having three kitchens really helped accommodate everyone's needs as well. The home is truly beautiful with wonderful furnishings, lots of TVs and internet access. The community was very nice and the walk to the beach is very short. We also loved the pools and took advantage of the grill provided at the home. Given all the individuals staying at the home, it was GREAT to have a keyless entry - so convenient. The game room was also nice - the kids really loved it. Southern Resorts was wonderful to work with and we were able to check in early (critical to a cranky baby, not to mention a few adults). We would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious home about 1 minute from the ocean. We had 18 family members staying in the home. Had a theatre room in home and game room outside in garage. It was absolutely beautiful - I would recommend this home and stay there again if possible. Was a great vacation for my family!!!!! Beautifully decorated also. Can not say enough about it - it was GREAT!!!!!

This is truly an amazing home. It was all my family hoped it would be and more. We have stayed at many other vacation rental homes in the area but none can compare to Casa by the C. It's designer interior and spacious rooms were very accomodating for everyone. My family from Alabama and I have decided to make this our family vacation rental every year. It's a fabulous home.

We stayed at Casa by the C in October, which is the perfect time of year to be at the beach! We had 5 couples on the trip (4 from Alabama and 1 from Pennsylvania!). We sort of stumbled upon this house by accident because the original house we had booked was being auctioned off that weekend. We were not disappointed...this house was absolutely perfect. We only used 5 of the 7 bedrooms. There is so much space in the house...including 3 separate living areas and 3 gourmet kitchens (not to mention a huge media room)! So everyone had plenty of room. And everything in the house is top of the line. It is decorated beautifully and is fully stocked with all the necessities. We are looking forward to renting this house again next year for our annual beach trip! We went with just adults but it would be the perfect place to bring your children too! It has 2 nice community pools and its just a quick walk to the beach. We had such a great time at Casa by the C and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We had a family reunion (17 people) and stayed at Casa by the C. Everyone loved it. More than enough room for all - - - even room to get away, when needed. The house is gorgeous, close to the beach, close to lots of activities. The kids loved the game room - adults loved the home theatre room. Everyone loved that we could walk to the beach and back whenever we wanted. We will definately be going back. Thanks for offering such a wonderful house. - Kimberly

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THIS PROPERTY SO MUCH,WE TRIED TO BOOK FOR SUPER BOWL WEEKEND AGAIN THIS YEAR. UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THIS HOUSE IS PERFECT FOR THAT BECAUSE OF THE NUMBER OF TVS AND MULTIPLE LEVELS. IT HAS PLENTY OF ROOM TO MAKE THIS A GREAT FAMILY AFFAIR,WE HAD 7 ADULTS AND 6 KIDS.

This home was perfect for our family reunion. The adults enjoyed the three kitchens and furnishings and the children loved the entertainment room. It was very conviently located to the pool and beach.

We celebrated my parents 80th birthday reunion. It was perfect for a large group. Each family was able to have privacy and a litttle quiet when needed. Kitchen on each floor was also a great plus. I would look forward to returning again.
