Caribbean Dunes 210 ~ Crystal Beach Destin FL Condo Rental

Destin is great, and Carribean Dunes is a wonderful, quiet, convenient place to stay. The unit was nice, and exactly what we looked for. I only wished the decor was more beach like. I like how close to the beach we were, and the pool. The pool wasnt heated though, so when the temp was only in the 70's, the pool felt very cold - even to our young kids. We do hope to return though, it's a nice relaxing, and close to stores, restaurants, and the beach! Janine

This condo was convenient because, it was close to the steps and easy access to the walkway to the beach. Also had 2 tables and chairs on front porch. Good towel supply in bathrooms. Mattresses were fine but, pillows were way too soft. Kitchen needed a new blender and one good knife rather than several dull ones. But, otherwise was well eguiped. I would stay at this condo again...The pool was also in good condition. Restroom for easy access. Good location to stores near by and restaurants.

Great location, quiet & clean. I suggest a few things to bring if you are there for more than a couple of days, kitchen trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen scrub sponge, toilet paper. We will be back. This was our second stay at Caribbean Dunes, first time at number 210. We will be back. Absolutely love the ease of having a key pad on the door rather than a lock and key. So easy for everybody and saves time on the check in - check out. The only way to go!

My family and I have stayed with Southern Resorts several time. Every vacation rental has always surprised me with how well they are cared for and always clean. Carribean Dunes 210 was even nicer than the pictures! Great view from the 2nd floor and nice spacious 2 bedroom.

We had a great experience while we stayed in this condo. It is clean and nicely located. The area was quiet yet kid friendly. The ocean is in simple walking distance and it was easy to find by car. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen. Recommendations would be foil for grilling and 1-2 rolls of TP. The upstairs shower was tricky at first but found that the faucet pulls down to use. We would consider going back again to these units.

I have stayed at Caribbean Dunes twice now and both times it has been a wonderful experience. Close to the beach, close to shopping, large and affordable condo to relax in. Will be back soon.

Great service. Josh Jerkins made our experience the very best. He made sure we had everything we needed & we did. The condo was clean & well decorated. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Location was perfect, even got to watch fireworks from where we were! We liked everything & have no negative comments.

This was the 4th time we have stayed in Destin and have used Southern Reorts properties every time we vactioned there. This visit was like every other, good price range, convenient location, clean, everything you could possibly need within your condo, and no checking in or out with the office which was even more convenient. You arrive and start your vacation, it's great. We are already discussing our next visit for 2009.

This is a beautiful home! We have three kids and it was very kid friendly. We would love to stay here again.

Our rental unit truly was a treat. The location to the beach and attractions was phenomenal! I have been to beaches up and down the east coast and in the Bahamas and can honestly say that I will never visit them again,not after experiencing the Gulf and the beautiful city of Destin!! I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE!! The rental unit was very clean, the pool was refreshing and the neighbors were quiet! It was also very kid friendly. ( I love the fact that we had a washer/dryer in out unit!!) I loved the decor, very beachy, soothing. My husband didnt much care for the large palm pronds that blocked a small portion of our view from the balcony but I personally thought it was charming. I do not have one bad thing to say about the property or surrounding area. We hope to come back soon!

This will be short and sweet, Relaxed without spending a fortune, felt very safe to wonder around area. Beach acess awesome, beaches better than flordia will be returning for sure Heather
