Great place for off season with plenty of room. 1 request:Your dishwasher has done its job and then some,it needs to be retired But don't tell the silver ware because they might get mad.

The condo was darling (better than the photos), close to beach and no major issues. Southern Resorts policy is a check-in time of 4 p.m. and check out time at 10 a.m. Housekeeping came to door at 10:08 and we were still loading stuff in the car. I will not use this management company again for this reason. To check in early is an additional $60. Nickel and dime mentality.

Great location, Less than a mile to Rosemary Beach. Great restaurants and shopping...3 miles from the Publix in Panama City. Nice, Almost private beach!

The condo was nice. Had a little trouble with the dishwasher door, but otherwise had a very enjoyable stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Capistrano #102 and Seagrove Beach. The condo was a perfect setup for me, my husband, and our 2 small children. Our 4 yr old slept in the queen bed and our 2 yr old slept in the futon, all in the 2nd bedroom. It gave us more privacy in the evenings after the kids were in bed, while still being close if they needed something. We wish we could have seen more of the beach from this 1st floor condo, however the grassy backyard gave the kids a place to play while we supervised from the condo. We were able to see the water, and hearing the waves was awesome. We would open the back sliding glass door at different times during the day (and evening) just to listen to the waves. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly. There were no posted instructions in the condo on what to do on the day of checkout (i.e. linens, dishes, trash, etc.), so I called the office to find out. The person I talked with was very friendly and helpful. As was everyone I talked with throughout the whole process, from inquiring about the property, to booking, through the end. We had a great stay and are all looking forward to a time when we can visit again. The kids ask every few days when we are going back to the beach.

My Sis and I had a great time at Capistrano #102. The only issue we had was climbing the 50 steps down and 50 steps up. Since we are maturing, the knees are a problem. Other than that, the condo was very nice, beds comfortable, yard was beautiful. Had great experience with others who were in the same building. Would recommend Capistrano #102 to anyone who did not have issues climbing steps. Beach was beautiful, also. Thanks for sharing your condo to us. Stayed at Capistrano 102. The exterior of the building was great, but the interior of this unit was lacking. The bed was fairly comfortable, the kitchen and supplies were extremely poor. We were very comfortable and had an amazing time however. There is not much that stops us from having an amazing trip here. It is one of our favorite places to be. Would be nice to see the owners do a little more with their place though.

The home was beautiful and well kept. The beach access was perfect. Loved the grassy yard. TheIt was equipped with books, games and movies that our family enjoyed. Just needed Wi-Fi and the dryer hose cleaned out for more efficient use. (It blew lint all over the front sidewalk.) Also, it was tough to find on arrival. It would be helpful to have had a book of nearby attractions, beach service available,local stores, restaurants. Great stay though overall. When my kids think beach they say "Capistrano"!
