Breezy Shore ~ Destin FL Beach House

Loved this place. Would come back to this house. Great for 3 teenage boys. Great neighborhood. Close to beach. Perfect location

Had a great time. Short stroll with easy access to the beach. Had small problem with aC in tower room that they were quick to fix. Very Clean place. Only complaint is that all three bathrooms are connected to a bedroom. So if you are the family sleeping in the tower room you are at a loss. Otherwise, Great place and Great location! Easy check in directions and easy checkout. They made the whole process simple.

My fiance and I rented this this house for a week for our parents and us to stay in for our beach wedding and none of us were disappointed with the accomodations. Check in was very easy...the keyless entry did away with "Who has the key?" issue. We were delighted when we entered the house...each of the bedrooms were very well decorated and the beds extremly comfortable. The bedrooms also were spaced out enough where there seemed to be plenty of privacy. We used the kitchen extensively thoughout the week, making 90% of our meals in this very well equiped kitchen. The grill outside was awesome, as was outdoor shower (?!?!) One of the best things about the house was the location. We were shocked to see how close to the public access beach the house was. It was also in a very quiet, quaint neighborhood where we were able to ride our bikes around safely. The community pool was right across the street and was clean and heated. The property was completely fenced in which helps with small children. The only negatives were that there was no central restroom just for public use; there were bathrooms in every bedroom, but the only one downstairs had to be shared. Also, the air conditioning unit in the 3rd floor tower (bunk bed room) leaked lots...we opted to not use it and it was stuffy up there. This house was lived in and there were minor scuffs and stains, but not enough to detract from the beauty. Just a side note: our son is autistic and, although he had a great time exploring, the amount of doors and balconies made it difficult to relax. This is not an autism safe location and not wheelchair accessable; they never claimed such, this is just our personal experience if anyone needs the info. We would definitely recommend and re-rent this location! Ps...i would not recommend Camille's restaurant which is right down the street. Although the food was tasty, it was expensive and the service horrible.

We absoultely loved this beautiful well-kept home and where it was situated relative to the beach, shopping, restaurants. The corner lot added privacy and the porches were wonderful. Other families vacationing with us stayed in the same development at 2 other houses, and ours by far was the nicest. The Crystal Shores had all around the nicest homes and properties. Our only issue with our house was the fact it had mice (or rats); seen by the kids at night running through the living area. We could also hear them in the walls. Probably common for FL, but should be addressed and the owner notified. The management came out and set sticky traps, but nothing caught. Renters should also know there were minimal bath towels provided and we had to launder them every night. We personally spoke with the owner several times before we came down and he was very correct about all the ammenities. He even left bikes for us to ride! A vey helpful and pleasant gentleman. The large grill was great and on colder days the community pool was a good alternative to the beach. Many thanks, the place was great- just treat for critters!

THis property is located a short 3 min walk or so to the beach. The house is fully stocked and furnished and the Wi-Fi came in handy. It is a block from Publix Grocery store and Destin Commons. I couldnt have asked for a better location and it was more than enough room for the 3 couples and our 6 kids. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place close to the beach and centrally located from everything else Destin offers. The decks off of each bedroom were great as well as the wrap around porch and bbq deck.

We loved the location. Having stayed in several different places through the years, we enjoyed the fact that it was so convenient to grocery store, Bass Pro, etc. That saved us time not having to fight the beach road and US 98 traffic everytime we needed a loaf of bread. The pool across the street was a plus for our grandchildren, and the short walk to the beach was also great. Wonderfully equipped kitchen.

- Huge living area that opens into dining and kitchen area. Great for socializing while cooking or keeping an eye on the kids. - Large porch and balconies are fantastic for hanging out with the kids, watching sunrise/sunset, watching a good storm. - Appliances are updated and kitchen is great. - My 4 and 5 year old boys loved what we called "the crow's nest" on the third floor. - Easy walk to the beach. - Neighborhood pool across the street from the house; however, the house sits back a little more than other houses which provides privacy at the home from the pool. - Close to lots of shopping

We had a great time in Destin this year. We took nine members of our family and the house was perfect. I loved the no check in / no checkout which made getting in the house and leaving a snap. The house is very close to the beach and is a easy walk even for small children. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had GREAT TIME!!!

Loved the house, very clean, great third floor bunk room. Good fit for our family (8 adults). You need to know that third floor guests will have to walk through one of the two second floor bedrooms to get to a bathroom. Easy walk to the beach, great neighborhood, close drive/walk to stores and dining spots.

Breezy Shore is an incredible house conveniently located near the beach and shopping areas. The house has a spacious kitchen stocked with every appliance and kitchen accessory you could ever need. There is plenty of place to relax and entertain. The pool is across the street. Everything was clean and well stocked. We look forward to coming again.

We spent spring break here with our extended family, and loved it. The home is equipped with all the amenities you may need, and beautifully decorated. We loved the many porches and decks for relaxing and grilling. The beach is a very easy 2 block walk (with 4 kids ages 5-12) and the access there is clean and pretty. The pool is extremely convenient as well, right across the street for the driveway. THe only small issues we had we a slight amount of road noise as the home is at the front of the development, and the fact that the pool area could use some more lounge chairs. We ended up bringing some of our own to the pool, but this was not a big deal since it is so close. That said, we would not hesitate to rent this property again. Wonderful sidewalks along the beach for jogging, great restaurants nearby, and everything you need in a lovely and comfortable home away from home. Perfect for families.

This beach house is ideal for families. It is a very short block to the beach, directly across from beach access. It is steps from the community pool which was beautiful and in good repair. The keyless entry is great, especially for late arrival. The house has a large kitchen and family/living room with durable furniture that holds up to little ones. The washer/dryer was fantastic and the bedrooms spacious. The deck and grill were fantastic along with the outdoor shower. It is in close proximity to all the Destin attractions and right across the street from the mall. The only wish we had was that the landscaping was a little more kept up-the overgrown vines and branches kept us from enjoying the wrap around deck. We recommend this beach house for a fun family stay in Destin.
