Bella Riva 404 ~ Beachfront Fort Walton Beach Vacation Condo

The Bella Riva has very clean, spacious accomodations that were just right for our family. It made us feel like we were right at home. We love Okaloosa Island because it's not as busy as Destin but is still close enough to all of the attractions. This is the second time we have stayed in this same condo and we loved it as much the second time as we did the first. The only suggestion we have is that the check-in process could be better. It would be better to receive a code instead of actually going to the rental place. Otherwise, our vacation was very relaxing!

Spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was amazing. Oh and the Master Bath (wow) Only thing was the 4th bedroom didn't have anything to put clothes in not even a closet. The pool was way to small for a condominium that big. All in all we would stay again.

Pros:Great view. Very nice location and floor layout. Large rooms. Beach was great. Cons: bathroom door was broke, never fixed. No large frying pan.

The location was great and the condo was beautiful. The check in was a little mixed up but ended up ok. We all really enjoyed our stay

My family and I stayed at #404 for the first time this year in October during our annual family reunion. We do much enjoyed our stay! The amenities this condo offers is beyond anything else we have seen on Okaloosa Island! We had the option of staying in and cooking out on the grill on the patio! This is a very nice place and we so much enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for us all to enjoy our own space when needed. Love the kitchen and master suite!!! We will be back again!

We had a great time at our stay in Bella Riva 404. The condo is very relaxing and accomadates a large group. We spent a lot of time on the balcony over looking all the wonderful sights. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a place to stay on the beach.

The room itself is amazing! It is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Our only complaints about this specific unit are that the pans were in such poor shape that we could hardly even use them. Added to this is the fact that there were no potholders. It was a little hard to cook in a kithen without proper tools. There were also no plastic cups, which we found odd, since glass containers are not allowed at the pool. The Viking stove was a nightmare to use. All four of the adults there agreed that they did not like the stove. It was dangerous (large open flames), slow to cook things and cooked unevenly. Additionally, the girl at Southern Resorts was somewhat rude and unhelpful. She neglected to give us the proper keys. That being said, we would still give this room 4/5 stars because the room itself was sooo nice!

Wonderful condo. The 4th bedroom really fit our needs. Our 2 children had their own room. Not much else to say except that you won't be dissapointed if you select this condo. We would definitely stay here again. The beach is amazing!

Beautiful condo! Views and beach are awesome! Condo was clean and very roomy. Had some minor appliance and internet issues, but all was worked out.

Overall the experience was good. Area is great. Was not impressed with Todd from Southern Resorts. I feel I was mislead by him. I was told that if I wanted to extend my stay he would let us stay at the lower rate for an additional 2 weeks. When it came time to extend, the rate he quoted was crazy. I will rent in Bella Riva again, but I don't think it will be through Southern Resorts.

Our whole family stayed in this roomy & beautiful condo for a week. It is well- appointed,with beautiful gulf-views at the quiet end of the island, gourmet kitchen, awesome showers, and access to a fitness room in the complex. It has most everything you need except for extra blankets & a secure internet connection. Aside from the bedspreads, there were no other blankets in the unit or on the beds. Nevertheless, it was a very comfortable stay -- definitely a great home away from home.

My family and I spent a week in the Bella Riva #404 and enjoyed every minute. Everything was so clean and the staff was so friendly. It was like a home away from home. We are already planning our 2009 vacation for the exact same condo. This will probably be our 2010 vacation spot also. I have recommended the Bella Riva #404 to all of our friends and family. We all vacation a lot in Florida and I feel as if we found a second home.

This was place was awesom! Larger than my house and absolutely beautiful. Hope to return this winter.
