Beachfront II ~ Seagrove Condo

We really enjoyed this rental. It is very open and spacious. The deck is very nice because it is on the end and makes it bigger than the other decks. The couches aren't that comfortable for long periods of sitting. And the elevator is in the middle of the building so you tend to use the several flights of stairs to get to the room. And parking spaces are covered which is good but they can be a little tight getting in and out. But overall the condo is very and nice and priced well. We will come back.

This condo was exactly as advertised which was nice...convenient to the beach, close to Seaside, Rosemary and alys Beaches. Liked the key code pad vs keys to the unit...made it easy to come and go.

The unit was great with one exception. The sofabed needs to be replaced. It was horrible. Everything else was great. Grands enjoyed the pool as much as the ocean. The ocean was beautiful the day of our visit. We will be returning. Thanks

this was our first trip to florida and to the beach. we enjoyed our stay at Beachfront II, the condo was very nice and comfortable. the location was wonderful!!! we were only a short drive to PCB to allow our kids to enjoy the excitment of PCB then was able to come back to our condo for a relaxing quiet evening. the beach was just a short walk away and at night we could sit on the porch and listen to the waves at the beach. will definately be staying again!!! southern vacations rentals was such a pleasure to work with, they helped out so much on our first time stay and answered any and all of our questions.

The area is beautiful! This was a great trip for my daughters and I! We love this area of Florida. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The condo had a keyless entry with a code and we thought this was great, no lost keys or juggling for themyou at the beach.

Everything was as detailed in literature. Stairs were a little rough and elevator was quite a ways from room. Buggy to get luggage is on it's last leg. Otherwise, everything was fine once Debby left town!

very nice and clean. about one block from beach. not many restaurants in area but 20 minutes from both panama city and destin (outlet mall)with alot of choices. bicycle paths are nice and can ride to small town of Seaside with restaurants.

The unit we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. The complex is small so we had the pool to ourselves almost every afternoon. It was quiet and relaxing. It's a short walk to the beach or you can drive. I would definitely stay here again.

We were thoroughly surprised and pleased with the condo.
