Stayed at condos 18a & 18B... we had unusual cold weather two nights. The heat in 18a did not work. We had to use the oven for heatimg. Other than that we enjoyed the stay!

I have visited Destin 4 years in a row and stayed at 3 different Southern Resorts rental properties. This property was by far the closest to the beach and very centrally located. I loved the location. The house and the property werent the greatest though. The condo was dirty (both A&B), but Im not sure if it was dirty because we were able to check in SUPER early, or if it is always that dirty..... Also, there is a shower by the pool that we used to wash off daily after coming from the beach, and that shower was not functioning most of the time we were there. Those are the only two complaints I had the whole time I was there. Again, loved the location (very easy and short walk to the beach)but the amentities werent the greatest. If the house were cleaner and the shower by the pool worked, I would give it 5-stars.

We enjoyed our stay. It was our 3rd trip to Destiny Villas. We like going to Destiny East for the clubhouse, gym, pool and grills. The only suggestion I have is to "police" the garbage areas more often. People line up garbage outside the dumpsters and gets very trashy looking for days.

We love the villa's we rented. We rent with other people so we got a A & B. My family had to top unit and the rest of the guys got downstairs. It worked out perfectly. We were just close enough to the beach to enjoying it since we didn't rent on the beach. The price for this villa was also great.

WE had an amazing time in Destin Florida. Our accomodations were great. The pools were beautiful, the condo clean and great location. There was some confusion as to the other amenities. Listed in the amenities were community grill, fitness center, tennis courts, hot tub . These were available to us, but not where we stayed. It took us 3 phone calls to figure out where these things were and then found we needed an arm band to access them! It didnt ruin our vacation, but they should not have been listed as being "right There". Had we counted on grill, we would have had to drive to cook out on it! It seemed like no one that worked in the office had actually been to Beach Villas!! I realize Southern resorts handles a lot of properties, however, if you dont know where something is, get someone who does know and ask them, then at least drive by for future knowledge. So, we will be back, but will be wary about the amenities listed. Beautiful place to be!! Randy and Lisa Michael
Thank you taking the time to write a review on your stay at the Destiny Beach Villas. I sincerely apologize for the confusion over the extra amenities provided to you. I am glad it did not impede on your vacation and you enjoyed your stay. For future reference the extra amenities included is access to the neighboring Destiny West Clubhouse. Here you will find, as you mentioned, grills, a playground, another pool, hot tub, putting green and an exercise facility. It is a few blocks to walk and apologize again for any miscommunication on our part. We hope you choose Southern Resorts as your vacation destination again soon.

Our stay was wonderfull and the unit was very clean and perfect.I will recommend Destiny Villas to everyone. The staff @ reservation were also very friendly and accommodative.
