Beautiful condo, beautiful view, perfect beach. The Beach Colony was perfectly located. Close enough to shopping and restaurants without feeling like you were in the middle of all the spring break congestion. The beach had just the right amount of people...plenty of space for yourself and plenty of people watching.

I almost hate to write a review, because if too many people discover this wonderful treasure we will never get in again! The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. I cried when we walked in, it was so lovely, so clean, and the view was gorgeous. We have never stayed in a condo before and it was so much more comfortable and quiet than any hotel. The beds were awesome, the towels were fluffy, and we had everything we needed to fix any meal we wanted. The covered pool area was perfect for our two year old, and my pre-teens loved the beach. The rental office was so friendly and accommodating, making our reservation and checking out were a breeze. Perdido Key was a wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the scenerey. We didn't get out too much, but on our way to check out the Naval Aviation Museum at NAS Pensacola, we came across the 4th annual "Weiner Dog Races!" What a hoot! The dogs were so cute, and we now have a very unique vacation memory! The only disappointment was a couple of meals we ate at restaurants right by the complex - I would try to get a better dining recommendation next time. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect!

We arrived after 5pm and had no issues getting our keys from the lockbox outside of the Pointe South office. Our condo was ready for us to settle in immediately...everything was very clean and well taken care of which made the experience very pleasant. Overall, the condo we rented (PH 18C) at the Beach Colony Resort in Perdido Key enhanced our visit. It was great to have access to the beach and to enjoy the amazing views each day. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and/or family. For the area, it was the best stay we've had so far...

Excellent service! We loved the home, 8 wonderful nights, we felt very much at home in the surroundings. The location was great, 18 floor ocean side view was spectacular! loved everything....no complaints!!!!

My husband had been deployed to Iraq and the weekend he returned to Memphis we wanted a getaway with the kids so that we can reunite in a peaceful setting! Beach Colony was everything we needed! The Condo was amazing and the setting was VERY peaceful!! We LOVED the view from the balcony and enjoyed the easy access to the beach! Hopefully if all works out, we would love to make the trip again next year!
