Beach Colony Towers #9A ~ Condo Rental in Perdido Key

The property management company was a tenth of a mile from the property (you could see it from our balcony) which made checking in and out easy. The condo was beautifully decorated and the view of the beach was spectacular. Beaches were clean and some of the best I've been to. The condo had plenty of room for us and our three kids (13, 11, and 9). They all had their own beds and bathrooms. The weather was chilly a couple days, so the indoor heated pool was a great amenity. One negative was a small leak in the garbage disposal when we used it that we had to keep an eye on which we reported at the end of our stay. Another was that there was construction going on in our tower directly in front, so you had to walk a bit further for unloading/loading. Publix, Winn-Dixie, Target, and Wal*Mart were all close by for groceries. Short drive to the Naval aviation Museum, Pensacola Lighthouse, and Pensacola Beach and Pier. Excellent area for families. We will definitely return...especially in warmer weather!

Being directly on the beach afforded quick and easy access to the ocean. The 3 swimming pools ( 2 - outdoor + 1 - indoor with hot tub)allowed us to take a break from the sand, and kept the teens happy. Unit 9a was spacious and well-appointed. Washer & Dryer in the unit allowed us to quickly recycle towels. The furnished Blender "died" in the midst of Margarita preparation, but was quickly replaced with a new one upon request.

#9a was way more than I expected. Upon walking in I was overwhelmed by the amazing view, decor and spaciousness. My 4 teenagers loved it! They wanted me to book it again for next year and I am sure we will. The kitchen was very equipped and plenty of towels was a plus.We wouldn't have changed a thing. Everything was just perfect! Would recommend this to everyone. Thanks again for letting us rent your place and we would love to come back next year.

Our "home" on Perdido Key was breath taking! We were after a short vacation to just relax and not have to think or worry about every day life. We found just that! Thank you!

We found out upon arriving at the condo that our floor was closed for the night due to painting and we could not access our room. Ms. Brock at your office did a wonderful job or relocating us quickly to another condo on the same property. She was very apologetic for the confusion and promptly had us in another room. She handled the situation wonderfully.

The condo is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is equiped just fine for us. The light bulb in the lamp in the right bedroom needs to be brighter so one can read in bed. The floor in the bathroom shower for that bedroom is so slippery that we did not use that shower. We like the location because we could see down the beach to the east.

Beautiful furnishings with large covered balccny. Kitchen needed to be a little better equipped with cookware, etc. and balcony furniture in need of repair or upgrade. Overall, the convenience to the beach, pool and BBQ grill could not be beat. The complex on a whole is very well maintained from a cleanliness standpoint. Security does a good job as well.

Beautifully decorated unit. Easy access to beach. Well maintained. Can't wait to go back next year.
