Beach Colony East #16D ~ Perdido Key Condo Rental

Wow! Incredible views, great location, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely try to get this unit if we stay again. The service from booking to check out was great. A few tems of improvement to note: 1)I would agree with other reviewers on one thing...it would be nice to have ceiling fans and lights in the rooms. 2) Also, we were warned, but the sliding doors are really heavy. 3)The elevators are very muggy and hot. It is noticealb when going up 16 floors. All minor and did not detract from a wonderful vacation.

I loved the place. Everyone was in awe when they walked in saying how nice it was. I mostly loved that we went as 3 couples and each had our own bathroom. My only complaint would be that the door is too hard to open. I myself was unable to. Overall though the place was great and kitchen was furnished for us to cook. Thanks

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in Beach Colony and we love the location. Beautiful view of the gulf. The only thing we disliked about the condo is there were no ceiling fans in the living room or bedrooms. And in the living room there were no blinds so it was very hot in the afternoons and you couldn't see the TV due to the glare of the sun.

We have stayed at several condos in Perdido Key and this was by far this best one. The only issue we had was all the different access codes you need for access to the property, elevators, pool, etc.

This unit is incredible! Amazing views of the gulf and the bay were so relaxing. The bedrooms were are spacious and the beds were so comfortable! Beautiful decor and I loved having a washer and dryer! I also felt very secure because of all the security codes needed to access areas throughout the complex. I can't wait to get back to the beach!

This condo was wonderful! It was beautiful decorated as well as very open and spacious! It had so much storage to stash your beach gear! This unit is positioned at the corner of the building and it seemed the balcony was a bit larger than most. I really enjoyed that becuase I couldn't get enough of the panoramic beach views. As an extra bonus, the kitchen's huge windows provided incredible views of the beach highway and the bay located across the street. It was fully equipped with everything I needed except a tea pitcher. Overall, this unit provided the PERFECT beach vacation. I didn't want to leave and I can't wait to go back!

Gorgeous decor and functional floorplan with bedroom/bathroom privacy. Appears unfinished without most overhead lights and no fans although switches are marked for them. Maybe add some floor lamps in main area if ceiling lights aren't truly an option. Also master bedroom glass door is stuck and shower door needs leveling. Also need some knives in kitchen. About half appear missing from storage block. All in all great place. Would stay again!

We loved the place. It had everything we needed in the condo...We will be renting this unit again! Highly recommend

This is a beautiful condo! The unit was very clean and ready for us; and the view was spectacular. The grounds are very secure with roaming security patrols. Everything we needed for the stay (utilities, towels, appliances, etc.) was provided in the rental. The only thing we wish they had installed in the condo were ceiling fans and overhead (ceiling) lighting. The fans would have made a huge difference in cooling and there was very dim lighting at night with only lamps in the living room and nothing over the kitchen table. I would suggest this unit to anyone looking for a great vacation/short term rental.
