Beach Club 1203 ~ Pensacola Beach Florida Vacation Condo

We enjoyed our one month stay in the well outfitted condo very much; especially the fabulous view out to the Gulf, the huge balconey, heated indoor pool, hot tub, fine gym, and it's proximity to the wonderful national seashore parks. The location at Pensacola Beach can't be beat. Only complaints: we didn't like the high table and chairs, very uncomfortable. Front two bedrooms could use better blinds or curtins to let more light in without jeopardizing privacy. The blaring music almost all night from the bar across the road made those two bedrooms impossible for light sleepers. We are hoping to stay in that building again because we did enjoy our winter break there.

This was probably the nicest place we have ever stayed. It was just right for the 5 adults, 2 couples and a single. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which is rare on a vacation. The only recommendation I would give to improve the experience would be to furnish more bath linens as we had to wash even though it was only a 3 night stay.

Perfectly located on my favorite beach, this home has an amazing view of the gulf. Almost everything you need to do is within walking distance. This place actually 'feels' like home, beautifully furnished, great kitchen, tv's in every room, super fantastic balcony.

What a great stay, everything was beautiful, the property, the condo, the balcony, the gym, the pool the beach, wow. Definetely coming back. Tim at Southern Vacations Rentals took care of everything. I just shared with a friend who is coming to Pensacole Beach this Friday and staying at the Margaritaville Beach Hotel. I showed her pictures and she is going to see Tim about seeing on the rooms. Great job by all.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay in Beach Club 1203! My husband and I brought our 3 children and nanny for the week, and found the condo to have plenty of room and breathtaking views. There were activities along the boardwalk for the kids and just enough nightlife for the adults. The units are beautiful and fully equipped for an extended stay. We'll definately be back!

This was the perfect choice and will be definitely coming back to the beach club!!! The Hot Dog Place- a couple of blocks down awesome too!!

My family and I stayed at Beach Club Resort for 3 days. This place was absolutely wonderful. The condo was very clean, with a beautiful ocean view, very quite, peaceful and relaxing. We felt very safe and secure there. I would give this place a gold star, it is very nice in every way. I will definitely go back, hopefully soon.

I loved our stay at the Beach Club 1203. The condo is beautiful and the location of the property is perfect. The balcony is one of my favorites with a great view of the beach. The only thing we missed was an ice machine.But everything else was wonderful!!! We have stayed in 1103 and 1203 in the past and we will surely be back!

The weather was beautiful. The Condo was comfortable and spacious. The people were friendly. The beach was perfect. We could not have asked for a better "spring break". We would definitely return to the Beach Club Resort and Pensacola Beach

This is our 3rd girlfriends New Year Eve weekend vacation at the Beach Club Condo in Pensacola, FL, and each year we seem to enjoy it more and more. Our group look forward to this vacation each year and are always pleased with the accommodations, the beauty and overall well maintained facility. The staff is always friendly, the condo unit is always clean, and the view, well it's beautiful! We look forward to staying with you again in the near future.

We travel to Pensacola fairly often and love being on the island. This condo was awesome. Worried about it being a highrise, but the elevators are quick. Very easy transaction. Will probably stay in the same unit again. Just hope the oil slick doesn't destroy the tourism there because it is such a great place.

We just returned from our stay and for the most part it was a wonderful experience. The owners have done a marvelous job with decorating. The only complaints were the Grill which BADLY need cleaning on the inside, it was unusable for us. The kitchen faucet which is lovely, but needs repair. Housekeeping had not supplied extra toilet tissue for 2 of the 3 bathrooms. We had to use the rolls from the 3rd bathroom. We happened to run into the housekeeper who kindly went to get us some extra rolls. When we checked in at your office, we were NOT given any instructions as to how things worked at the building. Owning a travel agency, we would expect our clients to be told what to expect when they arrive at the building. We are accustomed to traveling and fending for ourselves, but would not want our clients to have to do that. We were also surprised at the cost of the Beach chair and umbrella rentals. We also found out on our own that we could not use the covered parking and both parties drove convertibles! Something that your office should have notified us about. This is a very lovely condo and facilities and we would definitely recommend it to our clients and we would also return now we know more about things work. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn't have been happier. The building was nice and the condo was amazing. We will definitely try to go back.

This was my 3rd visit to Beach Club 1203. We visited June 2008, May 2009 and August 2009. We always book this unit because it is wonderfully decorated and is very accomodating. The extras including the sleep number bed make this unit work for our family. I look forward to 2010 when our family can return and hopefully this unit will be available for us.
