We arrived at the room and it was very well decorated and very functional. We had great access to the beach,places to eat both expensive and fair value. Our adult children had a great time and no one had to share a bed or a room.

My husband and I and our married daughter and son in law and our younger daughter who is in grad school enjoyed a long weekend in this beautiful, thoughtfully appointed condo just accross the street from beatiful Santa Rosa Beach. We loved that we could have breakfasts and lunch in the condo, but had such good choices for eating out so close for dinners - sometimes without getting in the car. We loved the Smiling Fish Cafe and the Sunday brunch at Fire. The pool at the condo was great. Our only complaint was the unbelievably large amount of seaweed in the water in the Gulf during our stay.

Abacos is a wonderful facility with a great location. We enjoyed staying at Santa Rosa Beach for our family reunion. The decor and furnishings were beautiful. My only suggestions are to provide more kitchen supplies such as measuring cups, hand mixer, shot glass, and throw out the broken blender in the pantry. Fix the exhaust fan cover that is above the microwave. The internet connection was not reliable.

This is that 3rd year we have used this condo. We have enjoyed it thoroughly. However, in the years that have passed, the condo itself is starting to show wear. I would think that it is time to do some upkeep and maintenance on the owners part. I realize that they are new owners but like everything you must continue to keep everything looking new and well kept. The location is fabulous and all the surroundings are very enjoyable. If we are able, we will be back next year. Thanks, Diane

Our mother/daughter group loved this spacious condo. The bedrooms being downstairs were a big plus. The condo overlooked the pool with a side view of the ocean. We had a wonderful time.
