Southern Snowbird Club
In addition to offering some of the best rates on the Beach, we also provide a social aspect with our Southern Snowbird Club, including morning socials with food and refreshments.  There may even be prize drawings and door prizes.  Dates and times of these fun events are listed below.  Click the link to see a map of the office location. 

Destin - We had a great time with our putt putt golf on February 11th.  Check out the video below to catch a glimpse of the fun.  Check back soon to find the time of the next Southern Resorts Snowbird Social.

Fort Walton Beach – Beginning Tuesday, January 19th at 10:00am, there will be a snowbird social every other Tuesday at 9:00am.  Prizes include a Free Mid-Stay Clean. 

Beaches of South Walton – Every other Tuesday at 9:00am beginning January 12th lasting through March 9th.

Panama City Beach – The socials will be held Tuesday, February 9th & 23rd, at 9:00am.  There will be fun giveaways and an open house. The featured property for the upcoming social is Summer Towne Cottage #15.

The Forgotten Coast – The first and third Wednesday of every month from January 20th to March 17th.  The event will be held at 9:00am (Eastern Time) in the pool area/community building.

Pensacola Beach – Beginning Saturday, January 9th, every other Saturday at 8:30am.
